My home warranty had this company come out to fix my toilets which are backed up and backing up still and he did not fix anything, he in fact made the situation worse. I am a new home owner and have little knowledge of plumbing. ***** did not seem very knowledgeable in what he was doing and in fact got his snake caught in my upstairs toilet where he then took the toilet off the floor and laid the toilet on the floor with the snake still caught in it. It is there even as I write this review. I called to see what they could do and apparently I just have to wait and see what my home warranty will do. The company is not liable for the extra mess they made or it appears that way. I would never recommend this company. I am very upset with the company and how they did not handle business.

I’m sorry for the situation you are in. With this being warranty work it’s really up to them of what they want to do with the situation. I’ve never had a closet auger get stuck in a toilet like this before. They are designed to go through toilets with no issue. Getting stuck in a 4 inch pipe with a 3/8th inch cable on the second floor shouldn’t be possible unless there is an object in the line. The fact that I pulled and reset the toilet in the basement and wasn’t able to get cable past 30 feet to clear the stoppage confirms there is something else going on with the drain line effecting multiple spots. I can only speculate on what is causing the obstruction, but if my cable can’t get past a spot or gets stuck in the line there is something more going on than a normal stoppage. I’m truly sorry and tried everything I could to remedy while on site.Review from Jacob B

Before the plumber arrived, I was very leary of this company because it only had one review on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau and that review was very negative. In addition, the company has only been around since 2020 and has no online presence. It seemed sketchy. However, I had no choice in the matter because Courtesy Flush Plumbing was assigned to me by my warranty company to fix my clogged toilet. In the past, I had a HORRIBLE experience with another plumber that was assigned to me by First American Home Warranty, named Mancini Plumbing and Drain, which now has an F rating on BBB, and I have vowed to never let in my house again. So I was wondering if I was going to have another bad plumber experience. Luckily, my unsettling feeling quickly turned to ease as plumber Steve was very nice, on time, and fixed my issue quickly. He spent time taking me through the issue and even gave me an idea for how I could fix the problem on my own for cheaper in the future. I was very surprised that he offered up that information because that knowledge essentially takes away business from his company in the future if I have the same issue. However, that type of honesty and desire to unselfishly help me as a customer is hard to come by with plumbers. So the next time I need a plumber, you better believe that I will be contacting Courtesy Flush Plumbing to help. Steve is a one-man team, small business that I highly recommend. It's important to note that if you get Courtesy Flush Plumbing assigned to you through a warranty company, there is only so much that Courtesy Flush can do for the service fee as it all depends on what is covered by your warranty policy. Go into it knowing there may be additional costs if the repair is not covered by your warranty policy.Review from Greg G

Terrible service, I have a home warranty… I was put in contact with him to have my pipes fixed that were leaking behind the wall… he only did half the job and refused to try to fix the other half of the pipe. Also did not clean up his mess and keft paper towels and dirt everywhere! I would never recommend his shotty work to anyone!
