Our neighbors used Patriot Fence to install a privacy fence. We actually like the look of the fence, but Patriot installed it ON OUR PROPERTY! We have a survey, and it shows the fence to be 3 ‘ on our property in some spots. We need the fence out where it belongs, as selling our house someday could be an issue.Business response

Our contracts clearly state we are not responsible for property lines. Their problem is with the homeowner not patriot fence. The homeowner had their yard staked out where they wanted the fence and that’s where we installed it. They need to contact the homeowner to resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

I paid $11,000 for Vinyl fencing. The panels came down ,they put some back up but left one section not together. I have that section tied together with rope.It's been a month now and they haven't fixed it yet.I've called four times and always get the same answer and no action. Iam very dissapointed with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Business response

The fence came apart due to storm damage and we didn’t charge this customer anything to service his fence. He was then told he would go on the service schedule again to fix a post we missed. It will now be a 450.00 service fee if he would like us to fix the damage caused by high winds. Smearing my company name will get you nowhere!Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have two cousin that has vynal fencing and thiers did not come apart from wind. It was poor quality work why my fence came down.They should have fixed the part that was tied up with rope when they fixed the other part. That section was tied up with red rope, you couldn't miss it.
