      Overall Im very unpleased with the service I received from this company and I highly wouldnt recommend for anyone to deal with them. I should have not took from 2/38/2024 to 3/19/20204 to receive three items. They were very rude and inconsiderate of my time and needs. I had to sleep on my floor for that time period and I am a senior citizen. I also had to go threw a third party just to get a response about the items that were already purchased. I dont see how this company is still getting business especially on how I was treated. Even though I eventually received the items, it wasnt what I purchased but I was just ready to be done with the whole situation. I took a great loss financially, mentally, and physically. I still have to repair damages to my wall, light fixtures, and dining room table. Where is the just in these. They didnt uphold that part of the contract and still anted to keep my money and merchandise. Im already on a fixed income and could hardly afford but I needed it. I didnt think I would have to go through all this. It was very unfair and the way they talked to me was rude, especially when they realized that they couldnt get anymore money from me.

      I opened my bed room set to fing it cracked and not properly sealed together I called and emailed I even spoke to a man on the phone stating he sees my email and would have the guy who sold me the product to contact me it has been a while with no response and I don't understand why I am not being contacted back this ***** because I thought I found a furniture place that was good and had my best interest but it's things like this that are very upsetting!

      Dining Room Set -I had a dispute with Discover and their reply was a lie. I did not buy a floor display or model. They told me it was new and in the box. They delivered the table with a scratch on the table top.They told me they would order a new one for me. I called them and told them they assembled the chairs incorrectly. They said they would come out to fix the chairs when the table top would come in. That never has happened. They have only been to my house once and that was the delivery date of April 2, 2021. The table top for them to get into my condo they had to take the table top off and when they reassembled the table top they stripped the wood and the screws keep falling out. I have called asking for the owner to call me and he has never reached out to me. I have called every month to hear of the status of my table top. NO INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO ME OTHER THAN IT IS NOT IN. I asked them to come out and fix the chairs that they were to assemble correctly which I paid extra money for. They refuse to come out and fix them. Due to the lies and miss information they provide Discover Card my dispute was closed. I feel that they are trying to get away with selling me floor model which I was not told it was a display model. They are trying to get away with using the excuse of Covid 19. They are not standing behind their product and they knew perfectly well what they were doing to dump a product of theirs into a consumer who they made sure that the warrantee period was gone. I am still waiting for them to contact me and they will not return my phone calls.

      Hello Mr. **** Thank you for contacting Stylish Home Furniture. We appreciate that you have notified us regarding the situation. We take these matters seriously and want to ensure the proper steps are followed so we can address the situation in a timely manner. Upon reviewing your invoice, from the time of delivery date until today 04/30/2022 our delivery and assembly team have gone 3x to your house to address your concerns. Your first concern came few days after delivery, you wanted us to tighten the chairs, we sent our tech out on 04/11 to resolve the issue. Your latest concern came 3 months after we delivered your table, even though the table you purchased did not come with any type of warranty we happily advised you that we will replace your table top at no cost to you. We've reached out to the manufacture and submitted a claim on your behalf on 07/13/2021, that day we called and advised you that due to covid-19, the manufacturer will not be able to send us a replacement until 03/21/2022. Because of the investigation you've had open on 01/20/2022 we temporary paused your service order until the investigation concluded. On 04/11/2022 the investigation concluded in our favor, we've contacted the manufacture, your table top replacement is due to arrive within 5 weeks, we have an eta of May 18, 2022 or sooner.
