I went to valeros gas station on south street in Toledo Ohio on 2/22/2024 I put 20 dollars in my tank I didn’t make it 2 blocks and my whole car completely shut down so I had to get my car towed to the shop they originally thought it was the fuel pump changed that cost me 750 dollars plus labor still didn’t start replaced crank sensor and spark plugs still nothing had all the mechanics at the shop stunned they didn’t know what to do told me pick my car up they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it I saw a post on Facebook saying don’t get get from Valeros on south street it has water in it so I asked the mechanic if that could be the problem so he drains my gas tank put gas in my car and it fired right up the mechanic said it was all water he said you could throw a match in it and it wouldn’t light so long story short I was out a lot of money because of them and that’s not right I still owe 20000 on my car that would have probably went to the junk yard if I hadn’t saw that post please investigate this gas station thank you ***** *****Initial Complaint

On Sunday march 3rd, at 2:15 pm I went to the gas station and paid for 50 dollars worth of gas and did not make it a mile down the road and my vehicle stalled on ********************* and myself and my daughter were almost in an accident. I got my vehicle towed from ********************* to a auto shop and they would not touch it,on Monday I had it towed to a different auto shop and the owner stated I bought water from the gas station and to go after the gas station. My vehicle has to fuel pumps on car one in the gas tank at ******* and the other one on the motor for ******. Ive had to get rides to work all week and still dnt have my Land Rover back yet, Im suing for all damages and those two tows. I went back to the gas station Friday morning march 8th and asked for the owners number his employee named *** stated she couldnt give me that information and stated they did not have a working phone at the business and I left my name and number for the owner and he has not called.Initial Complaint

On Sunday the 3rd of March I purchased ***** in gas from the Valero gas station at 905 South Street and within a mile my van stalled and would not start back up I had it towed to ************ automotive and the said that the gas I purchased was mostly water and it ruined my fuel pump and filter and there are several people that are posting this same gas station on ******** now I'm out ****** and very upsetInitial Complaint

2/17/2024 I stop to get gas i got $51 on pump 2 as i was leaving i got about 3 blocks and my car quit running and i called AAA and had my car towed. to Moon and Son On Star Ave Toledo Oh an on 2/20/2024 i got a call from Moon and Son that the gas in my car was not gas they did not no what it was. so they drain the tank and put 89 oct gas in it and it started but ran like crap. so they drain the tank again. in the meantime went to gas station told them what happen they told me to get a lawyer so i left went back the next day with a bottle of what came out of tank. i gentle man at station asked me what i wanted them to do. i said pay to get my car fixed and give me the money for the bad gas that was put in car. he took my number so finally i got the final bill from Moon and Son and took it up there witch was $552.21 plus the $51 dollars for the bad gas total $603.21. and the gentle man again told me to get a lawyer. So here I am.
