I originally reached out to Michael from a referral for a quote to refinishing my original hardwood flooring on my 1st floor. Upon my meeting with Michael and addressing my concerns and explaining what I needed done, I decided I did not need additional quotes and hired Michael and his crew to do my refinishing work in my home. He was professional, attentive to what I needed done. Mentioned some concerns and I agreed. Answered my ?, explained some areas that he thought might have issues, got out some trouble stains out (or his crew). He communicated with me along the process. His quote was not misleading and was not over-padded or any additional fees that we did not discuss. The prices were up front, reasonable. They did great work. My floors looks amazing and beautiful. I highly recommend Floorcraft Designs to anyone looking to have their floors redone if they have original hardwood as I do. They take pride in what they do, they took their time and the smells of the poly was not that bad. I did book them already for my upstairs for the summer already. I was very impressed at how well they all presented themselves in my encounters with the staff that I did meet or speak with. I only met Michael and John when I popped in when he was buffing. He let me peep and then he got back to work. The clean up after them selves and alot of companies I have dealt with do not do that and that is something that Michael should be proud of - his employees do clean up the customers homes when they are done doing their work. Pride is something that Floorcraft Designs takes in their work and that is something that is a dying art.
