      Paramount is not answering their phone lines it just constantly got me in a circle they have been sending me information that I haven't been using. Now that I am pregnant it seems like they haven't really been giving me any assistance. Why send me information to help with rides to doctor appointments but don't help. I have been charged on my credit card for a rental I never received which is trying to make me pay for my credit card again when they not helping in the first place. I'm not sure which one is worst having car insurance or health insurance. Ethier way I feel like they are both not helping they just having my information for other purposes. When I need a ride to my doctor's appointment. I have been going to mental appointments as well because I'm not receiving the help I need when I have people around me who causes my anxiety and stress levels to go up. I can no longer be the help for the church if the help is not letting me help myself. It's like someone has my information link from my computer and phone and not actually helping. I have reached out before about my credit card information. I reach out to 911 and they also look at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. So as a resolution can you take my information off this insurance that's not helping. Thank you

      Paramount healthcare has been nothing but a nightmare since my first insurance payment after retirement. They sent me letters saying I didn’t pay my first payment, which I did and always before the due date. My bank said the check had been cashed by Paramount. Then they told me to write them another check and if they found the first one, they would tear it up, which I did . Then they charged me $20 when they cashed the first check after they found it it was canceled. I called their customer service line 5 times trying to get this cleared up . This went on for 5 months always putting the 20.00 on my new balance. I left several messages as well and no one got back to me. I finally decided to cancel my account. I called them to tell them and Customer service told me to write them instead of calling them . On my last statement December 2021 I wrote and signed that this would be my last payment I was terminating my coverage. Paramount kept charging me every month and said that I owed them that money because I did not send the cancellation to the right address. They never told me what address to use but they have been constantly harassing me with letters that I owe several hundred dollars when I was just trying to get insurance as a retiree. As of May 25 I hope I finally made the last call to Paramount this week. I received a letter Saying I did not pay all of my balance. I made two calls today trying to find out why, because I paid every month on time . After talking to two different people they agree I have no balance, but the letter was sent to me this week saying that they were going to send my account balance to a credit agency which would ruin my excellent credit. Just warning other retirees document everything and I would be very leery of doing business with Paramount Insurance co. I switched to United healthcare and so far they have been wonderful.
