I highly recommend Spartan *********************************** them on a Monday morning and the diagnosis and repairs were completed before 1:30pm that same day. And the charge was not exorbitant, either.**** took the time to explain in detail exactly what system i have, what the issue is and what the repairs cost.I appreciate the time you took explaining the situation, ****! I called Spartan heating and air due to my central air unit not getting cold. The company came out stated I needed fan motor and capacitor due to this the gentleman stated he couldn’t finish my diagnosis. He then stated they didn’t have the fan motor so at the time I agreed to have him order one. I called around found the motor and capacitor the gentleman stated I needed had it installed my central air unit is doing exactly what it was doing before I called. So I called Wendy ask her if she could have the gentleman come back out to finish his diagnosis she stated it would be another $109 for him to come back out not even 24 hours later. I paid for a complete diagnosis and that’s what I wanted!

On June 23rd, Spartan Heating and Air did in fact dispatch a technician to Ms. ******* property. The "diagnostic" was completed and to resolve the issue found, parts were recommended to be ordered. She gave the okay to order the parts and was scheduled for the next day to have the technician return and install. Ms. ***** called me to cancel the order just as soon as the technician left the job. We have learned that Ms. ***** purchased these parts on her own from a local supply house, then later that night texted the technician from this supply house about instruction on how to install. She called the next morning and was insisting we come back out to "finish" the diagnostic. I informed her that it was finished and the job was also finished due to her declining our recommendation on repairs when she canceled the order. We stand confidently with our work ethic, happy customers and excellent reviews.Customer Response

I canceled the part Spartan was going to charge me ****** for the part which I found from Spartan supplier for ****** and it was installed and I still had the same problem due to the technician not being able to complete his diagnostic as the technician stated due to my fan motor not working he couldn’t complete my diagnostic. ***** from Spartan said if they came out again it would be a additional service fee it hadn't even been 24 hours! I didn’t understand that so I called ****** ***** they came out I was down Freon for my unit I have the receipt showing how much I was low and the amount they put in if I can send the receipt to you please! Had Spartan completed there diagnostic they would have found the problem! Due to Spartan negligence I had to pay another service fee to another company!
