I was told they accepted my insurance. I filled out all they're paperwork and payed my deductible at time of service. Only to be told afterword's months afterword's that the don't take my insurance and that they will be charging me a out of network rate. I did everything possible they were listed on insurance company's network providers list, I called and asked the doctors office if they accepted my insurance, I filled out all insurance paperwork at the doctors office fully and truthfully and paid the agreed upon deductible at time of service. What more could I have done? I have filled grievances with the state and my insurance company. They have turned this over to collections. Something needs to be done to keep these monopolies from extorting money from the people they were trusted to serve, especially money they are not entitled to.Business response

If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service directly at 844-373-0871, option #2. Office hours are M-F beginning at 8am. You may also contact your insurance company with any concerns.
