    I have been staying in another hotel three weeks before going to the Quality Inn on Secor Rd. in Toledo and that was the Comfort Inn in Maumee, Ohio. My bathroom at home has been completely gutted and is being remodeled. It is taking much longer than expected so I've been in hotels for almost a month. I left the Comfort Inn and went directly to the Quality Inn where I stayed two nights, to many. My gut told me to leave upon arrival especially since there was no elevator but the clerk convinced me to take a room on the first floor. The room was one of the most disgusting rooms I've ever been in. I equated the room to the pay by the hour rooms that most people wanting to quickly hook up go to. The blankets were dingy and there was nates flying around. I only wanted to complete my financial responsibility and get out. I left after two nights and am now at the Hampton Inn on Secor in Toledo and I am attaching photos of when I left the "Quality Inn."

    I checked in, and got to the room, I saw that it was a jacuzzi suite. I went back to front desk to make sure that was right and to let them know about the 2nd reservation made by my employer. He said to come back in the morning and reactivate the room cards. And I thought that I would probably be having to switch rooms in the morning. So The next morning I went down to the front desk, they recharged the card, no problem and went about my day. After work, my cards weren't working. I went to the front desk, they recharged the cards again. Then last night there was a leak In the bathroom so I called the front desk. The front desk person came down, looked at it and said the plumber would be in the morning. The plumber didnt come. I had an interesting experience getting ready for work. And as I'm about to leave the room to go to work, the room, phone rings and as you pick it up, the wire falls out. The earpiece and you can't hear anything. So I'm jerry-rigging this phone together so I can hear what they're saying at the front does. From what I understood, I supposedly got a call from the front desk saying we're trying to reach me yesterday to tell me that I have to switch rooms. However, I didn't receive a phone call. And regardless there are three opportune situations the day before that the front desk could have. Let me know. Not to mention they could just walk down the hall and knocked on the door if they couldn't get a hold of me by phone. So the manager got on the phone and told me that I can either pay the difference in the cost of the rooms out of pocket or pack my stuff up and go. There was no option to switch to another room or anything. My personal opinion. I think they overbook the hotel and we're looking for ways to get people out and not give them their refunds. This place has terrible management and customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ive worked in hospitality for 15,+ years and have never witnessed an experienced like this
