IES installed new windows in our home with lifetime guarantee. After almost two months of calling, about a broken window, that owner (Mirch) came and visibly saw that there was a problem. We were told it would be fixed. Now 2 months later we keep getting the run around, told we are on a list, Most recently we were told they are not doing windows at this time. Sounds like they will never be here to repair their broken window Not happy about after sale service. Lifetime guarantee means nothing.!Review from Sylvia L

The owner, **** ****, was very disrespectful and even hung up on us after notifying him, that we found a better price, guarantee and company to do our work. Therefore we contacted the owner, per instruction, to inform that we did not want to move forward with the instillation of the insulation. He got nasty and began to talk down to and belittle my mother as if she was incompetent and an imbecile. While asking him to correct his tone and not to be disrespectful he hung up. Any owner that has a temper tantrum because a customer, whom has the right, changed their mind on where we're spending our money, is an owner that shouldn't be in business. He was pleasant and happy to get our contract but as many is sales understand, the customer has the right to choose where to patronize; and it will never be this. ****** the sales rep was great but that owner is a piece of work. We were considering purchasing windows, but that is a definite hell no!

All I can say to this review is that I am sorry for what you went through. I wasn't there so I can not say what happened.
There is no excuse for treating anyone with disrespect.
I will say that it is very hard when you are a local business trying to do your best and a company from Pennsylvania comes to town every fall and advertises heavily on TV. We do the same thing. We have great installers that have been doing this for years. Our salesman are very good and they make commission on their sales. To change your mind when you will really truly get the same guarantee and we are right here in Toledo is hard to take especially when you know this happens every fall. I'm sorry this happened but maybe you can understand the frustration. No excuse for disrespect though.
