      I will never utilize Integrity Lawn & Landcare's services again, because I cannot trust a company that breaches contracts with its repeat customers. I've been a repeat snow-removal customer of ******************, and I have also used the related home exteriors company for roofing repair and gutter services, in years past. On 10/06/23, Integrity sent me a contract, detailing the scope, timing and cost of the snow-removal services it agreed to conduct at my residence, this season. The contract was signed by the account manager (identified as the principal and company business manager, on the BBB website). I accepted the contract on 10/30/23, which was within the 30-day acceptance window the company provided, and the account manager acknowledged my acceptance of the contract terms, the following day. On 11/17/23 I spoke to an individual who identified himself as the company's project manager, (documentation I have from the company identifies him as the field supervisor). The field supervisor informed me that Integrity Lawn & Landcare would not honor the snow-removal contract it had entered into with me, unless I also contracted for their lawn maintenance services. The field service manager also indicated that the account manager was "just a sales guy," suggesting that somehow rendered the contract the company had entered into with me meaningless. If Integrity intended to change its business model, to only provide snow-removal services when bundled with year-round lawn care, that change should have been made before the company executed stand-alone snow-removal contracts with its existing customers.

      We here at integrity are very sorry for the frustration that withdrawing from our agreement has caused you. You have been a valued customer for many years, and we have served you well. As you know we auto renew our customers from year to year, until it is cancelled by the customer, or withdrawn by us. We send out the renewals and hope that they all come in. Unfortunately, some customers do not renew with us, losing our density in areas. Although we value every customer, especially great customers like you. We unfortunately cannot service ****** areas until the density is restored. I am hopeful as we do our best to rebuild the density in areas, we can mend our relationship together.       I regret to say that my experience with this company has been quite disappointing. As a property owner in Toledo, I engaged their services to maintain the lawn at our apartment building, expecting a high level of professionalism and quality work. However, I have observed a consistent lack of integrity and subpar performance. The company's approach to the job appears rushed and lacking attention to detail. Despite the substantial amount we paid, their services seemed limited to basic lawn mowing, without the level of care and thoroughness we expected. Additionally, their contract terms seemed unfavorable, leaving customers locked into a less than satisfactory agreement. What truly concerns me is the exorbitant quote they provided for additional services we requested, such as weed removal, bush trimming, and tree cutting. Their estimate of $28,931.65 seemed shockingly unreasonable and far beyond industry standards. We reached out to seven of their competitors and discovered their pricing to be between 10 and 20 times higher. This pricing discrepancy raises serious questions regarding fairness and conscionability. Given these issues, we have taken the necessary steps to file a complaint with the BBB and gather evidence, including the quoted amount. Furthermore, we intend to report this matter to the State Attorney General under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act, which prohibits unfair, deceptive, or unconscionable sales practices. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a business, particularly one that claims accreditation with the BBB. We hope that, if the company chooses to respond to this review, they demonstrate professionalism and address our concerns appropriately.

      We do not know who this person is. Our contract was with ***************************. We were told by Masters that the ********** Apartment was owned by *********, and she was looking to hire a new management company. ******* advised us to not continue service with *********. Due to her unwillingness to keep up on the property and pay her bills. After ********* fired Masters, she requested that we stay on until she could find another ****************** to take on her property. She agreed to the prices, and we agreed to keep her on our schedule for lawn mowing. Later in the year, after several months of outstanding lawn services, we received a request from ********* to quote a pruning, and property cleanup Job. SHE HAD NO SCOPE OF WORK. (So, I dont know what the other contractors quoted to make my quote so criminal.) ********* asked me to Prune the property and clean up the fence line. The Property was, and still is to this day well overgrown and in dire need of a thorough property cleanup. I quoted the Job to spend over 90 manhours for the pruning, and 200 manhours to clear the fence line, and clean up the well overgrown property. About 2 weeks later I received a threatening letter from **************** stating that the pruning quote was so outrages it was criminal, and he would report us to the state, and badmouth us if we did not allow ********* out of her agreement with Integrity. I explained to him our agreements are nonbinding, and either party can cancel at any time. A simple no thank you would have been sufficient to deny the pruning quote. I told him the lawn agreement is cancelled, and I wished him well. The email from the BBB was the last I heard of the issue. Kind Regards
