On June 11, 2022 my wife and I purchased an Lg refrigerator from Applianceconnection.com which was to be delivered on June 28th. My wife paid extra for the installation service as I am legally blind making it impossible for me to do any of this stuff. I got an email the day before stating it would be dropped at the first dry spot at my house. My wife called them to explain the situation and that we paid extra for it to be installed. Then she was told that service was not provided in our area but we were never told of this or refunded for it. He said he would get us upgraded to the white glove service. Next day received an email around 10am saying it had been delivered. I had a guy doing work he said there was nothing out there and FaceTimed my wife so she could look and nothing. She called the company they were not helpful saying it says delivered. About 3pm a guy from ****** *********** called and said they would be dropping it off at 3. They came and were unhappy about having to bring it in but it didn’t fit so I had them put it in the garage. When my wife came home and looked at it she said it was beat to h***. We called the company the guys was nice at first said we would get a full refund then right after started emailing us that it was just cosmetic damage and they only wanted to replace parts. We told him no we wanted it picked up and a full refund we did not want a damaged product. We have pics and emails to back this up. They have been given us the run around ever since then. They will not pick it up which they have already said someone is coming and never showed for it. All we want is it gone and a full refund of our money and not a 400 lb paper weight sitting out in the garage. We have papers proving I’m legally blind too and could not see the damage they had done to it. Please, I’m begging that you help us get this resolved and get our money back from them.
