We have diligently paid all bills timely. however the company has 1. not applied payments we have copies of checks that have been cashed. Company has repeatedly billed for services that have in fact been paid. company is trying to collect for the same dates of service. we have the billing and the coordinating Hsa checks where payment was received and cashed.We will not pay twice nor should we be asked to. Rather its being short staffed on unqualified help, they need to correct this issue and not harass me. Todays contact was ******* and ****** and they have not got it together. They have not applied payments that have been cashed nor have they applied payments previously to the correct dates of service. As my wife does this for a living, its pretty simple, yet they cant figure it out, but continually rebill. We are a high income family, but still will only pay the correct amount and will not pay twice for the same date of service to make them go away.Business response

Good afternoon,We received the above complaint ID number and have determined that this patient's account is paid in full. There is no current bill for that amount and no further action necessary from the patient or billing staff at NOMS Healthcare.
