      I am writing to formally complain about an unjust parking ticket issued to me on November 10 at 10:2v9am. I consistently park in the lot located on the corner of Ontario & Adams Street, where my employer covers the monthly parking. This arrangement has been in place for several years. To my surprise, I received a message demanding payment for a parking ticket. Upon reviewing the attached photos, I confirmed that it was indeed my car. After disputing the ticket, I was informed the lot was closed in observance of Veterans Day. Subsequently, the company had hired personnel to ticket cars, excluding some of my coworkers who did not receive tickets. During my discussion with ******* ******, the President of Kwik Park, who returned my call regarding the dispute, he displayed a lack of concern for the fact that we are monthly paying customers. The basis of the dispute was the absence of the small monthly tag visible in my windshield, which had inadvertently fallen below. I understand that mistakes can occur, and I explained the honest oversight regarding the tag's visibility. However, Mr. ****** insisted on payment for the $20 ticket, displaying inflexibility despite the established, long-term monthly payment arrangement. This incident appears to be a control issue, asserting power to extract additional revenue beyond the monthly fees already paid. I believe Kwik Park should focus on ticketing individuals who are legitimately not paying rather than penalizing loyal monthly customers. I urge you to address this matter with Kwik Park, emphasizing the need for fair and equitable treatment of their monthly paying customers. ******* ****** should be reminded of the importance of good customer service and the value of retaining loyal patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that the Better Business Bureau will help ensure a resolution that upholds fairness and customer satisfaction.

      Unable to pay with phone application and unable to reach anyone by phone, received a parking violation. Clearly a way for the parking lot operator to maximize its income. Could not even leave money in the drop box because I had no idea how much money was owed and parking rates not listed on the signage. instead of having someone in the entrance booth the company's resources were spent paying someone to ticket the cars in the lot. I tried to talk with someone at the better business bureau to explain my concerns in greater detail but was told I either had to share my concerns with this online post or complete a form which would be sent to me in the mail. For a senior citizen like me it would sure be nice to be able to have a conversation with a real person at the outset of the complaint process.

      More information would be helpful so that we could fully understand the situation. Which location did Mr. ********** park on? Could he also provide the day and time that he parked. We would be happy to resolve the issue once we have the needed information.

      On Thursday evening 5/18/23 my wife and I attended a fundraiser for Partners in Education at the Summit in Toledo. We arrived at approximately 6:15pm for the event which started at 6:00. Since we were late we intended to pay for the parking when we left. At about 8:45 we tried to pay using the phone app but were unsuccessful. We then tried calling the phone number listed on the signage but no one answered the call. We then looked for some way to pay with cash or a credit card but there were no published rates and there was no drop box or pay portal that we observed. This occurred at the KWIK lot on Summit street in Toledo, Ohio (across from the Owens Corning campus).
