On May 28th, my children and I were in the mall. We stopped at this kiosk that had customized pictures inside of crystals/gems. I talked with the sales rep for roughly 30 minutes while having my mom on the phone (she also wanted to purchase). The pictures we wanted inside the crystals had too many people and the rep said it "would be difficult and you might have to go up a size." We were leaving the following day on a road trip so rep knew the time frame I was working with. I wanted to purchase a crystal for my grandmother. Sales rep told me to "go ahead and pay now then send me a picture when you get home." I did. $323.23. I texted him/the number he gave me explaining I would like to cancel the order. I never sent a picture because we were rushing. This man has not responded to me at all. I contacted my bank who states the dispute was closed because he said his receipt says no refunds. His receipt says no refunds due to the customizing of the crystals. I had nothing customized. I sent no picture. I received no service. If I go back to the mall, he's just going to call security. I see it all the time. I'm a nurse and I don't need issues under my belt. I just want my money back please. I do not have the receipt with me but I do have it at home.Business response

Business stated they are adhering to their policy. All sales are final. The consumer has a credit with the business in which they can send in a picture and in 3-5 days the product will be completed. The consumer can receive the completed product via mail or by picking it up at the mall.

I am rejecting this response because of his attitude towards me. Sat on my phone talking a certain way and insulting me, "you should have done your homework before you spent your money," "you're not entitled to a refund," cutting me off repeatedly and has the nerve to state "I'm not gonna go back and forth arguing with u," but he's over-talking me and being EXTREMELY argumentative going back on his word. On June 6th, we talked via phone. I explained that I was on a travel assignment. He told me when I come back, I could bring my card in and he would reverse the charge but for me to give a heads up. I attempted to call him yesterday to no avail. Then he calls today coming at me to the point where my best friend had to say "okay now stop being disrespectful." I had to hang up because he was upset about me filing a claim with BBB and I was feeling beyond disrespected. I want no product nor service nor further interaction from him or his business.
