      We had our taxes for 2021,2022 and 2023 done by ***** ****** (one of three owners) fo All Pro Tax & Accounting at 1260 Sylvania Ave, Toledo Ohio and as of yet we have not received our tax refund for the above dates from the state of Ohio. ***** admited that she had made a mistake in not fileing the taxes for Ohiobut woud do so after April 15 of this year. As of today we are not aware of those taxes beinging filed. I have called ***** several times and she does not return the calls. I have sent her several e-mails and she has not responded. The only time I have received a response from her is when I went to the office and talked to her face to face. At that visit first part of April she did submie the 2021 Ohio tax report and said she was busy becaise of end of the season for other customers to complete there taxes but would get to ours ASAP after the 15th. We are due a refund for all three years from the state of Ohio and as of this date have not received any. I am very disappointed in her service as I said she does not return calls nor e-mails. Any support you can provide would be appreciated.

      MY APOLOGIES TO THE VAN WORMERS. I HAVE COMPLETED THE OHIO RETURNS AND THEY HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. 

      FEES WERE REFUNDED AND CALLS FROM THEM WEWRE RETURNED.

      2021 OHIO WAS REJECTED BUT I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE REJECTION. IT WAS SINCE CORRECTED THIS WAS A SOFTWARE ISSUE

      I have been using All Pro tax for over 8 years for my taxes. I realized we did not receive our Middle class rebate by December of 2022 for our state of California which was supposed to be $1050 as we made under $150k and we had dependents. Our Accountant neglected to click the health form box that we had health insurance for the year and the California Tax Board rejected our taxes. We mailed the money we were told was owed and they cashed our check so we were under the impression our taxes were filed and we were good. I received a letter almost a year and half later saying we never filed for 2020. The FTB said that our taxes were rejected two days after they were filed on 5-17-21 and never corrected. In order to qualify for the rebate forms needed to be submitted by 10-21. By the time we got the letter and she finally filed correctly it would be 8-22 so our family would be out the money. I contacted ***** to let her know this and she said she made a "whoopsie and there was noting she would do expect return our filing fee for that year which she never did. I spoke to ***** ,another partner and she said ***** does not have final say and her and *** spoke and they would be mailing me the $1050. I waited two weeks and called and ***** answered and passed me to ***** and ***** said no they are not mailing me anything and hung up. I called back a week later and spoke with *** and she also hung up on me. We used a new firm this year and they amended our last two years and found multiple errors Allpro said we owed money & in fact were due money- We paid $350 to the new accountant to ammend 2020 and 2021. I am seeking $1400 for the middle class rebate we should have received and the amended tax fees we had to pay our new accountant to file for 20/21. I contacted the District Attorney of Ohio today to file a public complaint as well. To treat a client of 8 years by hanging up on them when you hired them in good faith is unheard of. I do not want anyone else to go through this

      We have talked to ******* on several occations an tried to reason with her. She won't listen so we could help her. The last time I talked to her she said such bad things an called me a liar. I told her that I was sorry but I had to hang up she called back an ask for my business partner and did the same to her, she also had to hang up on her. She first complained the her2020 returns was done wrong an she insist that I did the return and calculated her deprecartion wrong. that she had cancer that year an passed away. I told ******* we would amend the returns at no charge but she took them to someone else in California. 

      Then I failed to click on button for CA. return an it was rejected I had left for vacation an it got looked. l ask her to send me some information as I could keep her she refuesed we don't even know how much her rebate would have been what she thinks it would be. I gave her fees back for the years I made. The mistake its out policy to pay penalty and its our mistake. So she hadn't had P & I she said they letter that I had said I made a whoopsie I have never used that word in my life. I have been doing taxes for 43 years I've always helped cliental shes just a very difficult person.

      I am rejecting this response because: ***** only sent me a check for $175 for the year 2021. She did not mail me a check for $175 for the year 2020 and she did not mail me $1050 in which her partners said they were mailing. For her mistake on 2020 taxes  When I called her and told her that our taxes were done incorrect for years. I had informed her I no longer wanted her to do our taxes anymore and I had already hired someone to do them as that as how I know my past few years were done incorrectly. She said she would send me my filing fees back for those years. I only received $175 for 2021. I am still out $175 for 2020 and I am still out $1050 for mistake on our 2020 taxes that she did twice! She had time to correct her mistake but it sat in her rejected claims for a year and half until I was notified by IRS SHE NEVER FILED! She and her  partners were very rude to me and hung up on me! They  claimed they never said they were mailing me the $1050 which in fact ***** said that she and *** agreed what happened was wrong and they would mail it out  I waited weeks for nothing  I used them for taxes for the last 7 years  unfortunately you could only amend the last 2, I don’t even want to know how much money they cost me on the 5 I can’t amend  I am not satisfied with the $175 mailed to me  I am still out $175 for amending 2020 with a new accountant and $1050 for her negligence not once but twice on 2020  my dad died of cancer in august of 2022 so I have no idea how that is relevant at all  I called her in august if 2022 saying please refile my 2020 taxes for over a month as he was dying and I didn’t need to worry about my taxes not being filed when I thought I had hired an account to file them a year and half earlier I  never cursed or said anything except that you all lied in how you handled this  she sent a letter saying she never did my 2019 taxes which was also irreverent but she did file those too as her parent ***** passed away, ***** started the taxes but ***** finished them  I have all the email corresponding back and forth that she filed 2019 too My family should not be out this money when we hired a “professional” with good faith

      ***** was supposed to file my taxes. I paid the fee requested and turned in my documents. ***** said she needed to file an extension as she didnt get them done prior to end of season. I agreed. It is now 10/21/2022, the office states they cannot find my tax documents and my taxes have still not been filed. I paid for a service that has not been completed timely and now I cannot get the preparer on the phone. My mother has been doing most communication with business. I am now accruing more tax penalties and interest as my taxes have not been filed timely.

      I have *********'s information I tried multiple times to get a hold of her. I finally succeeded this past week, and she has an appointment to come in and see me. I did not take money in advance, because I do not do that. It's against my policy. However, her returns are done. I just need her to sit down with me. And I understand. She recently lost her father just a couple of days ago. So I'm not pushing the issue now, whenever she gets in here. But the returns are done. Thank you.

      I received a notice from City of Toledo stating that I had delinquent taxes for yr 2018. ***** ***** at All Pro Tax and Accounting Services did my 2018 taxes. I called the City of Toledo, they stated that local taxes were not filed. I have called and left messages for ***** *****, and even spoke to her 1 time. She said she would pull my taxes and call me back. I never received a call back. I told her that I had 30 days to respond to City of Toledo, dated 4.1.22. I have been charged penalties and interest because my tax return was not done correctly. I want resolution from this accounting firm.
