      I have purchased a wood chipper. Model ******. It cost $2268.24. At first I had problem with the engine. It was locked up. It wouldn't turn over. I called and they told me to call ****** since it was a engine problem. They warranty the engine. I did and ****** took care of the problem. It took 3 or 4 months. But when I got the chance to use it the belts shred a part. Replace them twice. They keep shred apart. Now they don't even return my email. Try calling but that is useless. You get voice box and they never return your call. I ordered it on 2/19/23. But didn't receive it about first part of April. It is also a year now and they are going to try over year past and warranty is no good. I have checked reviews and that has happened to other customers. At this point I am just looking to get my money back.

       Replacement part orders were processed for ******* unit this morning (before we received the BBB complaint). I have just discussed two different resolutions with the customer via phone call and he agreed to give it one more shot before providing a potential refund. He is satisfied with the communication and potential resolution avenues.

      Purchased an OPC503 chipper/shredder through Home Depot. It was delivered 9 months later. Worked great for the first few months, but then a interior bolt sheered off, causing a chuck of metal attached to the chipper roller to dislodge - this caused extensive damage to the interior. Because of when I purchased the chipper, when the failure occurred, and when I finally contacted the company, I was already out of warranty. No problem, I ordered and paid for the replacement parts. However, the main part (the chipper roller) will not fit in the housing designed for it (just barely too big). I have been attempting to contact technical support for MONTHS - left numerous phone message and numerous online "contact us" forms, but have not received one call or email back. I now have a broken machine with replacement parts that won't fit, and a technical support office that can't seem to answer their phone. I finally got the main operator to admit they are a calling service - bringing into doubt whether this company is really staffed at all.

      The business has a warranty that lasts a year, my product broke after 8months of use. I reported the issue as one that occurred due to poor manufacturing, a bolt came unfastened and caused a pulley to spin freely around a gear and stripped the teeth. The product was a wood chipper with a value around 2,700$, they originally responded to my complaint and then ignored every email I sent them after about 3 weeks. This lasted until the products warranty expired, I would like assistance in either acquiring the replacement parts or the money for the repairs from a shop that's local.
