Mr. ****** came on 7/30/21 to give a price on cutting down some trees and branches that hang over my house at the back (east). I called back on 9/7/21 to ask if I could assume the $800 for the trees could be divided by four and I pay $200 per tree. The office staff said Richard would call back. The company made one attempt to do the work in the winter, but it was a bad day for me, and so they came in April 2022. The men didn't come to the door, so I went out to be sure they cut the correct ones. I decided not to take out the two red pines, and I called the office again to get a definite price for the remaining work. Richard called me back and stated it would be $495 for the rest. I asked if this price included everything. He said yes. Then as the men moved to the back, I told them the same thing I told Richard when he was here in July: how I was most concerned with the branches that hang over my house. A large one fell and took out the corner of my house some years ago, and my house insurance was raised as a result. I pointed. Later, I realized they were gone. I saw that they had cut the wrong branch in the back and neglected to take the trees down to the ground as promised, leaving about 8 inches above the ground. Someone did come back to take care of this later that day after I called. I also let the office know that I did not need the branch cut that they DID cut and that they did NOT cut the high branches hanging over my house. The branch they DID cut was the one my handymen friends were going to cut. It was an easy one. It OBVIOUSLY did not go anywhere near my house. I paid the $495 that Richard said it would cost in spite of my now having to hire another service to take the branches over my house. Richard claimed the branch WAS the one going over my house. You can see the branch was low and went EAST. Now they want $41.25 more. $495 was the stated ALL INCLUDED price. I want them to drop the extra charge, ESPECIALLY as I have to hire someone else now.Business response

We will waive the $41.25 in order to resolve this issue.
