SEE ATTACHED Its so long i do not even know where to start??? over 30 calls and hundreds of e mails and response for an over payment to UC has netted no results other than sorry yes we are over paid but its so messed up we have no idea how to get a refund to you goodbye! To try to make it simple ( see attached*) June 2021 1st ins billed they paid wrong issued us a check ( in error) we issued to UC they cashed it later ins #1 re processed as they realized they paid wrong ( they are in net and now write offs must occur and they paid more) ONCE that was done they billed secondary for any ded owed to pay balance they did pay secondary and paid more in the meantime to make matters worse now the ins co wanted the money back they paid us!! we had to pay them back and more! we are now out 158.00 owed back to us from UC with no one helping me a ***** * and **** * at facility said i am sorry we have no idea how to fix this on our end just let it go!! ummm 158.00 i do nto think so they need to do proper write offs and pay money they have owed us for almost year! see attached pls help!! i am out of energy other than small claims courts and your help!!!!! I work in health ins also so know they are supposed to take contracting write offs and since second ins paid the ded and or co ins they are now over paid BIGCustomer response

Spoke to a super kind CSR ***** last evening, told her about my complaint to the b b b and all the issues we've been having she assured me she will get this to the right person for some deep research on getting the 59.74 refunded back to us and whatever adjustments need to be made that may be owed to us and both insurances for write-offs however I am keeping this complaint open because this is been going on for almost a year but just wanted to send an update I have tried everything I can that's why I had to go to the BBBInitial Complaint

Good afternoon, (visit 12/30/21) I am writing this because I am deeply distraught by the service I have been given from the Toledo urgent care. The **** Toledo urgent care has told me that I need to get a covid test within the next few days because of my symptoms and said he will write a prescription for a UTI. Said he was out of rapid test and to make an appointment for Saturday.said he is allowed to use 60 a day and he has used them. The care was very uncaring and I felt ignored and unheard. I meet all the symptoms for a rapid and he refused to even look at my chart. I repeatedly told him to look at my chart and symptoms. He refused. I got absolutely no vitals done. Was my blood oxygen good? Blood pressure high? Did I have a fever? This is my life. How can I put my trust into health care workers who completely disregard me as a human? Covid is serious according to *** and healthcare professionals, if that is the case, how can you turn me away without as much as knowing my vitals? If the bare minimum isn't done during your visit, is your visit free? Complete lack of care. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. To be clear. NO covid test at all was performed, not even PCR. NO vitals were ran. Had me fill out a chart that was left on the counter and he didn't even glance at it. *************************Business response

This patient came in to our facility complaining of a UTI. But once she was in the exam room, she stated that she needed a COVID test. She was informed by our Nurse Practitioner that COVID testing requires an appointment and our clinic was booked for the day. The patient became verbally abusive to the NP, calling them names and screaming in the middle of our clinic. She was offered an appointment for the following day. Due to the extreme demand for COVID testing during the last wave, all of our clinics were by appointment only.Customer response

I do not accept this response at all. If my intake form was looked at, that is proof that I was not complaining of a UTI. I wrote all
My symptoms down and the only one the doctor focused on was saying I had a uti. I had so many symptoms I had to proceed to write down the side of the page. This office is lying to cover their horrible bedside manner, lack of compassion, lack of understanding, and complete lack of care, and ignoring all complaints I mentioned.
Again, No vitals were ever done on me. I got upset AFTER he said he would send over a script for antibiotics and tried to rush me away. I even contacted the manager multiple times and received no response. Not the first time this urgent care has provided no treatment.
I had over 4 covid symptoms and was miserable and in pain. The doctor acted bothered by having to come into my room to begin with. I can't let this go if this clinic will continue to lie. You are an urgent care. If I only wanted covid testing I would've went to a drive thru clinic which is very available in ******, and you don't need insurance or need to get out of your car. I go to urgent cares for treatment. Not just for a test anyone can do now. They even have them available for at home. Makes no sense to go there for just that.
