I dropped my car off to be fixed through insurance claim on 6/21 and I was told it was gonna take 3 weeks. Here it is 7/29 and I still don't have my car. I was told 3 different things by 3 different people and none of it makes sense.Business response

We apologize for the miscommunication on your claim. When we received your car and the estimate was submitted, we had to wait for approval from the insurance company before we could begin repairs. There are notes communicated to the insurance company on 06/27/2022 via CCC communications that we were still awaiting for approval to begin. The original estimated repair time was 30 business days from the date of approval. Using the 30 business days as of 06/27/2022. August 5th would have been the earliest original completion date. The 30 day completion time is standard with the large amount of the repairs that your vehicle needed. Which were close to a complete replacement of the left hand side and partial rear body of the vehicle totaling almost $8,000.00. We apologize if that completion time was not relayed properly. It was listed on the original estimate that was submitted to the insurance company. We understand lack of rental coverage for a supplemental vehicle was a large part of the timing issue for you, but unfortunately we do not supply rentals during time of repairs. By our records the 7/29/2022 delivery date to customer was earlier than originally expected and feel we met or exceeded our repair time.Customer response
