      I purchased a car from savor auto I didn’t know what a rebuilt salvage title was and was tricked into purchasing the car with major repair issues and accidents I wasn’t aware of also they didn’t provide the title or anything for me to obtain plates it took 49 days and after he found out I called the attorney generals office he repoed even after a verbal payment agreement and also tryed to make me sign off all my rights to the car which I did not do but held my belongings because of it ,he also repoed from private property in a locked gate that I have proof of after and during all this he still refuses to return my money for the car and tryed to charge me over the amount he claim was owed a ridicules amount so I can’t get it back,also after the sale he teed to tag on a additional down payment amount and he added it after the contract was signed I need help on this this man has scammed me and my family out of thousands and needs to be stopped .

      Hello, in regards to Ms. *****’s complaint. She failed to mention that she was behind on her payments and new arrangements were made that she also did not honor. In response to the idea that she was sold a car without the knowledge that it had a rebuilt title is absurd. Whenever i sell a rebuilt salvage vehicle all customers must sign acknowledgment specifically stating that it is in fact a rebuilt salvage vehicle. In fact I had the opportunity to show proof of that to the BMV investigator who came to look into this matter. After she reviewed all documents I was told all my paperwork is in good order and that I could repo the vehicle if she was in default which she was for second time and new arrangements not held up on her end once more.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As stated before I was tricked into signing the document about the car being a rebuilt title by his accomplice/sales person when I clearly told her I didn’t understand what that paper was or what it meant and she said it was only to put the title in my name failing to say the issues with the title or the condition of the vehicle,also I was told by both the bmv investigator and attorney general that the car wasn’t put in my name or title until sep 20 th 49 days later after the deadline and I had a right by law to cancel the sales contract and ask for a full refund they found him in default for that did she tell him that and that he will be receiving papers soon?and also that car has major maintenance issues also this man also repoed the car from private enclosed property and i have proof and that’s also illegal so court papers will be served for that the plates and misrepresentation he has also purposely tryed to make it impossible to regain the car back with ridiculous fees and I’m not going away intill me and my family gets justice for the way we have been treated this man acts as if he is innocent but far from it and I’m sure I’m not the only one I have others willing to come forward against this auto sales rep and his accomplice almost 20 more people in Toledo,Ohio with complaints and past issues with cars from him and bad business practices so I’m obviously not the only one willing to go to court it’s bigger then he thinks and his accomplice was forging the wrong billing amount on receipts after I was making payments I have proof of that as well did he tell you all that ? And it’s other Ohio laws that was violated as well the bmv investigation only heard half the truth and she only came for signatures matches so so his paperwork isn’t in the clear.and sounds as if she’s playing both sides but my attorney will take care of that as well.thank you but no I had a right to full refund that I asked for and deal no good.

      Bought a vehicle from saver auto sales I'm toledo ohio. Only had the vehicle a little while and the alternator failed. They, ******* the secretary and *** the owner, said they would pick up the vehicle to fix it but never did so my husband fixed it. Strike 1. A little while later the timing chain broke in the engine. Again they said they would come and get it, they never did. Paid to get it towed to them. They said they would fix it and give it back, and would add the expense to our total. They fixed it and we couldn't get it back until we paid $1000. Again another lie from ******* through ***. Paid the $1000 and got it back. When we got it back it still was not running properly. The alternator we bought was not replaced back with new used engine so had gave it back again. After getting it back from changing out alternator the transmission began slipping, and gave out, this was right after Thanksgiving 2021. Again they were coming to get it but didn't. We had to pay to get it towed to where we were staying. They neglected to pick it up again so paid to get it towed to them. This after ******* lied again. They've had our vehicle over 2 months now and are saying they waiting for a transmission. It's not even at their shop it's at *******, the secretary house, and now they don't even answer they phone or get back in touch with us. We need this issue resolved. It's a Cadillac SRX.
