We received a quote ($18,671.98) from the above company to replace 19 window sashes on Oct 2022 and they promised they are the only company in the area servicing this type of windows. We agreed on the amount quoted and paid and promised to have it delivered in 19-20 weeks (Mar 2023). They were delivered in Apr 2023 and were recommended an installer from the company's employee. The installer was a retired person and he will show up once every few weeks for 1-2 hrs. When he finally attempted to install the sashes, he discovered that the new sashes were different in size regarding the outer frame of the sashes and such such the original wood grills that fit inside the window sashes on the glass side would not fit the new sashes. When we contacted the company representative or sales person to provide explanation for this discrepancy, he stated that he was provided the wrong or inaccurate information from the manufacturing company and that we have to order new wood grills to fit the new sashes that were manufactured wrong. The cost of the new window grills exceeds $2,300 and it also incur an extra installation cost according to the installer they recommended to install the window sashes. When we tried to reach a resolution , they would not cooperate with us and pretty much they said, we have to pay for the grills although they manufactured the window sashes the wrong size. The information I was given indicated that the Removable Wood Grilles would work in the new replacement window sash. Thus new Removable Wood Grilles were not included in the original quote. At the time of the replacement window sash installation I was advised that the existing Removable Wood Grilles did not fit. Again I consulted ****** and was advised that the original information I was provided was incorrect. ***
