  I contracted with Rich Roofing for siding repair in mid September. No communication from them since. I’ve called multiple times only to get an answering machine left messages but no reponses. Also sent several emails asking for status and start dates. My emails were bounced back to me about a week later after each. My carrier recorded them as delivered. Fortunately I did not send a down payment. However I want to abandon the project now.

  Good Afternoon *******,

       ** ******* signed and agreed to contract on 9-25-2023 and was made aware at time work scheduling was out 3-4 weeks. As for calls into the office, yes there was a time frame of about 2 weeks we did not have someone in office but calls were being returned. We left v/m with him on 10/2 when he called the first time that we were still 2-4 weeks out. Rain days did set us back about a week.  He was made aware on 10-25 that his start date would be on 11/9 and confirmed with him that would fit his schedule. We discussed the change in office and why he was getting the v/m he voiced no concerns at all.  The job was completed on 11/10 and he paid in full.

  Rich Roofing promised to a job which has not yet been completed. We gave them a deposit which I now regret. We have tried Numerous times to contact them which we either do not get contact it back or we were given an excuse by the receptionist Wes and Rich refuse to contact us in person they refused to tell us a date of when they’ll be out to complete the job and they refused to give us our deposit back.numerous times to contact them which we either do not get contacted back or we were given an excuse by the receptionist Wes and Rich refused to contact us in person they refuse to tell us a date of when they’ll be out to complete the job and they refuse to give us our deposit back. all we are asking for is the deposit to be returned to us since they have failed to complete the work which their contract stated.
