    Sept. 2020 I took my RV to Arbogast for repair of Slide Out. Repairs have taken longer due to Covid and getting parts. Jan. 23, 2021 I received a call from Arbogast that repairs were finished, it was ready to be picked up and the cost $3,145.38. I paid it on 1/26/2021. Jan. 30, 2021 Sent my daughter and fiancé to pick up camper since we were out of state. They only loaded the camper on the truck and it was taken directly to storage. May 7,2021 I took Camper out of storage. Tried to extend slide and it didn't work correctly. Called Arbogast and told them of the problem and the manager told me, "There is nothing we can do and that I should just buy a new camper". To that I asked "are you sure" and he said "yes" and hung up! May 8, 2021 I called RV Center Montana and asked if they would look at the RV. At first they said we should take it back to where we had the work done. After I explained what had happened they said they would look at it. We've had them work on our RV before and they had always done an excellent job. Plus our son lives in Montana. June 11,2021 I dropped off camper at RV Center Montana Sept. 16, 2021 I picked up Camper. Demenstrated that the slide worked correctly and gave us an explanation why it did not work before. We took the old parts with us. Before we but the camper in storage we used the slide at least 10 more times and it has preformed great. Sept. 21 ,2021 I sent letter to *** **** at Arbogast stating our concerns Oct. 7, 2021 Received a response from ******* ****** stating Arbogast position. Oct. 11,2021 I sent reply to Mr ****** and pointed out that what he had said was incorrect. Nov. 8, 2021 I sent another email stating what we felt was a fair settlement. Nov. 8,2021 I receiver another response from Mr ****** stating there position. I am including copies of letters, emails, invoices, parts description, phone records of calls to Arbogast Rv Depot.

    We purchased our camper through **** ********. In doing that we also purchased insurance and extended warranties for our camper. When campers Inn of Troy decided to purchase Arbogast, they were supposed to honor those contracts, agreements and warranties. When we ended up having a problem, they basically told us our warranty was crap and they weren’t going to honor it and that we needed to buy new warranties through them. When we made a fuss they said they would try turning it in through the warranty company we already had. We took it in because the back wheel was locking up. They kept our camper for four months we continually called them. They never seemed to know what our camper was there for. We were not a priority. They repeatedly told us it was not ready every time we called and this went on for the whole four months. We finally made a fuss about how long they had it. The guy puts us on hold and comes back on the phone and tells us to come and get it, it is ready. We go up there they tell us the only thing that was covered was the seal around the slide, which is not why it was there. They charged us $250.00 We go to hook it up to our truck they had rummaged through everything stored underneath the camper. We could not find our snap up lever to put our hitch on. We manage to find a crow bar and get the hitch on. We get up on the highway and the wheels locked up. So we drove back down our tires are smoking because the wheel is locked up. We go in and ask to speak with the manager. They had no idea what the camper had been in for. They never test drove it to see what we were talking about with the wheel. They kept our trailer for another two months. We had to keep calling them . They call and tell us it’s fixed we come and pick it up. They did not fix it. They told us the control box needs to be replaced it is not covered and it is going to cost $300.00 more. My husband said he could do that himself. They took the snap up lever, they would not give it back.
