      I purchased two subwoofers for this company and made sure to have it professionally installed and I do not abuse or neglect them in any way that could void the warranty. I qualify for a year warranty per there website and then I bought an extended two year warranty. I called over 3 weeks ago and they said they’d email me a return label. After days of waiting I called again and asked if I could drop it off to save time with shipping and waiting for it to get sent back( I live 45 minutes away). I went and dropped it off with him taking down my information and saying he would call me in 1-2 days. I called and he said they haven’t had time and call in another 1-2 days. I called AGAIN and he said the same thing. Finally I waited about a week and called him and he said he had a family emergency and to come in the next 1-2 days. The next day I drove 45 minutes up there just for him to say he’s sick and will fix my subs tomorrow and it will be ready for pickup. I call while on my way the next day and a lady picks up and she says that she has no idea what I’m talking about and I need to talk to ***( the owner) she said he’d be back in 20 minutes so I continued driving towards the headquarters. Once I was about 10 minutes away I called again and another employee picked up and told me that *** left and said he wouldn’t be back until 5 which is not what the lady on the phone said. Then he said he’d call me when he gets back, I never received a phone call. I drove all the way there to try and save time on shipping and now have been waiting for almost THREE WEEKS. I called today for him to tell me they don’t do recones(a repair) even though two days ago I was told he would have it done and then the next day his employee told me he could do it if he knew where they were. There was no note left on my subs for any employees to know it needs checked/fixed. After I called today he told me that he would call me at 3:30 with the results of the testing. He never did.

      On August 17 a speaker was purchased & confirmation was sent stating it would be shipped. We waited 2 weeks with no delivery. I sent an email, text message & left a voice mail on with no call back; waited a week to call back. Both my husband & I called & finally got a hold of man claiming to be the owner stating he would ship out the speaker. We waited a week & did not hear back from the man. I called back & he answered stating that he had passed the responsibility to someone else expecting it to get done & it did not so he will follow up. He called back stating the item was no longer available so he would send a refund. I waited a full 2 weeks & no refund has been received, I called him & he stated he did not know would have to check.

      On 5/11/2022, i placed an order for a product from this company. The price paid was 399.60. They took my payment and the order on their website went into "processing" status. Months went by and no products was ever sent and their website still showed the order as "processing" . I have reached out to this company 3 times by phone to resolve this matter and every time i am told by the person answering the phone that they cannot find my order and that they would call me back that day with an answer, and all 3 times i have never received a call back or a resolution to the issue. It's WELL past the point of wanting the product and i want my money refunded for an order they never processed and/or never sent the merchandise to me. I'm tired of reaching out to them and not getting this issue resolved 9 MONTHS LATER. I've included documentation of the order and the status that it still says on their website.
