      The Weed Man lawn service arrived at my home on 07/19/23 for a scheduled treatment as part of our annual contract. We discovered they treated 1/10th of our front yard and nothing else. To make the situation worse, they walked through the back yard without any equipment to make it look like they were spraying. One employee can be heard warning the other employee that we have cameras and his response is to keep your head up and walk fast. We suspected this was occurring and finally caught them in the act (on camera). I was billed almost $90 for this service and the only resolution they offered was to redo the treatment. They attempyted to steal from me and as I mentioned above, I strongly beleive this occurred during the past four treatmnets as well. I am requesting a full refund of the four prior treatments totaling $345.88 and this 5th treatment of 86.47, which is now showing as an outstanding balance on my bill to be removed. I also want the contract terminated. I have shared multiple videos with Weedman's Management team via email. I have also shared two videos with you in the word attachment that you can download.

As with any other company, a bad apple can spoil the bunch, and it seems that you unfortunately experienced this directly. We'd like to assure you that once brought to our attention, we began looking into this situation immediately, as we take this kind of concern very seriously. The team members in question have since been terminated. We would also like to refund you the full amount of $345.88, as a show of good faith. Again, we apologize for this experience - this is not how we aim to do business. We appreciate you bringing this legitimate concern to our attention so we could address it.

      Called to set up lawn services back in Nuly of 2021…was told they would be out within 2 weeks, they never showed up or called. I contacted the company and they finally showed up. End of season services that were suppose to be scheduled never got done because of lack of employees per company. Paid an invoice late summer and was charged a late fee eventhough it wasn’t late. When I called to question said late fee they apologized and said they would credit our end of season service which never happened. I canceled next season services onky to be constantly called being told they would make things right. When I agreed to them coming back out they never showed nor called so I told them I wasn’t going to keep wasting my time waiting on them to say they are coming but never do. Since they didn’t do what was promised half of my yard is worse now then what it was prior to them. This compan over promises and doesn’t deliver. I wasted my time with the inspector Joe ****** telling me he would make it right and when an appointment was scheduled he decided to forget about me and not show up. Seems to be an ongoing thing with this company.

      To whom it may concern,

       

      I am writing this letter in regards to complaint ******** in response to a letter I received dated May 16, 2022 in regards to ******* **** at *** ********* **. In *********, **. After reviewing the account, I can see the notes on the issues noted. Regarding the late fee, it looks like the $3 was added to the account as an overpayment on October 28th when a payment of $241 came into the office for a $238 bill. We had not performed any services after that point, so the credit did not appear on a service.

      In 2021, four services were ordered on the account. There was a weed control application and fertilizer application done on 9/2/21. The original price for those were $66 each, but there was a 50% discount on these services resulting in an invoice of $33 per application. We also did an aeration and overseeding on the property which was normally $445.90 and gave a 50% discount on that service as well, resulting in an invoice of $238. I am not overly familiar with the account, but normally only one service is given a discount of 50%, not all 3 services performed. I’m not sure if the discounts were given due to an issue with the service or not.

      I would like to get a resolution on this complaint. I feel that with the discounts already given, refunding the $3 late payment fee as well as $33 for one of the normal applications would be a fair solution.
