In 2019 I purchased a product from this company, a division of Allied Motion/Wicked Bilt. The product was a Rackzilla UTV Steering Rack. The unit comes with a "Lifetime Warranty". The unit was sent in for warranty inspection prior to ever being used in late 2019, where I was charged a $50 diagnostic fee and had to pay return shipping. I had concerns about play in the inner tie rod. I was told nothing was wrong and it was sent back. Upon reinstalling, it was clear that the play was still there. There was so much play, that while turning the wheels under the weight of the machine, on the garage floor, the outer tie rod on the drivers side contacted and broke the lip on the housing. This lip secured the dust boot. I have been trying to reach the company on social media, by phone, and by email with zero response. Desired outcome is for the company to honor their warranty and repair or replace the unit.Business response

Allied motion/ Wicked Bilt was sold in 2017 and is no longer a division of MAVAL industries. Allied/Wickbilt manufactures parts for the customer on this complaint and is categized as "off-road" vehicles. MAVAL is a remanufacturer of "On-Highway" vehicles.
