      Absolutely terrible. They hire a work crew to fix ****** and the job is not done after 2 months. They take pictures of our property asking us to move our garbage can next to the fire hydrant which is a safety concern for firefighters. On top of that, they have issues with bills that the acknowledged were incorrect but are too incompetent to fix any error until its too late and the owners are forced to pay extra. No American flag allowed on property which is a disgrace. Please never stay with them. 2 pet rule as well.

      There is absolutely no truth to this statement and is unacceptable! First - any contractors are hired by your community Board of directors and as you know work on a mid rise building takes time by any contractor to complete such complex jobs....second - we do send violation letters to owners that are not in compliance with the communities rules but would not tell you to put a trash can next to a fire hydrant. third- as a military family would NEVER prohibit an American flag EVER. forth - the payments are due on the 1st of the month late after the 10th if your payments are not received by 5pm est on the 10th, the proper late fees will be applied. Lastly and most importantly. I do not show your name on any of our homeowner rosters are you mistaking us with another company?

      Thiefs! They will gladly take your monthly dues and foreclose if you do not pay but refuse to do their job. Most people can not afford to get an attorney every time they do not do their job. Horrible company and management.

      Yes the community will absolutely go as far as foreclosing on a home if they do not pay their maintenance assessments as set forth in the governing documents. This is a deed restricted community that all of the homeowners that live there have signed into upon closing on their homes. It is the responsibility of the management company to uphold the approved collection procedures set forth by the board of directors. We do not maintain issues that are outside the specs or realm of the common space or common expenses for the community other than that we maintain all of the common areas as set forth by your budget and governing documents with the directive from the board of directors. This review is not valid based on the complaint being towards the community not Barnett Management. We simply act on the direction of the board of directors.

      Horrible company! Wish giving no stars was an option. ***** does not respond to emails and **** is even more worthless. Dodges questions at the direction of the condo board. He is in up to his neck with their dirty dealings.

      Im very disappointed in how Barnett Management has overseen our Harbor Creek condominiums. Their email promises ***** hour response, 24/7 customer service. Im still waiting on a reply to my 5 emails starting on 8-14-22. Weve not had a meeting, communication nor hardcopy rules & by-laws handbook in the year since their takeover. Only landscaping & high site manager turnover have occurred.

All of you governing documents and financials are available on our website as stated to you and all of your neighbors. We do not have control over when meetings are called, that would be your board to call meetings.

      I understand your frustration & having site manager turnover complicates communications. But an automatic email stating youll answer within 48 hours, does not constitute a response. I believe you also may have me confused with another review. I did not ask about the board nor a meeting, but a specific capital improvement issue that effects multiple units. I would be more than willing to discuss the issue with any of the 3 people copied in my last email. Thank you for your response.

      I've lived in my townhouse for 43 years. Never EVER had a bookkeeping problem with my HOA fee. Last time it happened, it took 6 months and intervention from our association President. Well, here we go again. Two phone calls, not returned. And this happens to be twice in *** year......really??? What does the bookkeeping **** do there? Extremely rude property manager who acts like we report to her, not that she is supposed to serve our community and solve problems. I would NEVER recommend this company to any community looking for management. If there was below one star' i would have marked that.

      I have lived in my townhome for over 10 years, and have had the pleasure of working with several property management companies. I have NEVER had one issue - until Barnett Management recently took over our *************** Townhomes in downtown *********. Since then, there have been 2 units being illegally (against our bylaws) AirBnB'd and they are aware of this issue and have not gotten it to stop. It is their responsibility to do so - that's what we pay them for. It is not the responsibility of the Board members of our townhouse association to do this. My biggest complaint is their inability to get their billing practices and their communication correct. I have made multiple attempts by phone and email to have them correct an issue which is 100% on THEIR end, and have received no correspondence back. This has been going on for weeks. It is unacceptable and I feel that other people need to know how poor of a management company they are. I would never recommend them, and I would like them to realize their inability to manage properly affects the residents they claim to "manage." I have random people staying in units being illegally air bnb'd which affects my safety and that of my neighbors. I have letters being sent to me from Barnett saying I am delinquent with payments and yet have proof from my bank (of which they are 100% aware) I have never been so much as a day late in any payment - ever. This has been a reoccurring issue (they blame their "bank in *********") and they have not addressed nor corrected the issue. I would appreciate any help from the BBB in having this company suffer some sort of punishment for their inadequacies. Thank you for your time, and addressing this matter.

      This place is by far the worst company ever. They raise condo fees and tell everyone that they are going to make repairs, in which they don't follow through. They have more than enough money in escrow to fix the issues and they don't. When you call to get results they just hang up on you. The drains are so clogged with roots they flood our condos with sewage. I have dealt with this on two occasions and its still not fixed. The parking lot has numerous pot holes through out the lot. The roofs are sagging and foundation cracking leading to other issues. They also sent out a contractor to fix a sewer and they dug up my concreate instead of the actual condo that was supposed to be getting the work done. Just all around lazy individuals that don't care.

      Good morning, I am sorry but I am not sure where you live but all of the issues that you are stating are in the complete control of the Condo Board. We take our direction from them. For the projects you are talking about I am sure the board is in the process of correcting them if they have the funds to do so. Sorry you are having a hard time with your condo, also BMI will only disconnect a call if the caller is being belligerent and mean to my staff. Hope this helps

      Good morning, We take our direction from the board on maintenance of the HOA the management company can not overrule them. As far as the meetings, the board calls the meetings, not the management company. We do not have the authority to call and hold meetings. hope this helps clarify a little.
