On 8/18/2022 I went to this Burger King it was 929 pm I have the receipt. And I ordered two happy meals. On my receipt it even states 1 kid meal toy for each happy meal I ordered. We get to the drive thru window my kids are screaming what toy did we get. So I look and both have no toys. I ask the worker my happy meals don’t have toys can you get me one he says we ran out of toys we don’t have any and says oh well. Im like why don’t have you have a sign up saying you don’t have happy meals toys or tell people when they order. He doesn’t care tells me to please move im holding up the line. That’s not acceptable to do. I could have done two things if I knew there was no toys. Went to McDonald’s or just ordered them items off the value menu which would Be cheaper then happy meals because you pay for the toy in happy meals. I reach out to customer service I have proof I was told I’m sending this over to the store and you should have a refund in 5 days. 5 days pass I reach out again I said no one has contacted me. She tells me they can’t do anything. She tells me I am right I deserve a refund but the store has to do it. I have everything documented I want you to read everything.Business response

This letter is in reference to the complaint that was submitted on 8/27/2022 and has the assigned ID ********.
I personally spoke with the guest, and together we came up with a solution. A refund was issued for their entire meal, I presented her with four coupons for free meals, and replaced the kids toys that were originally missing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Mrs. ****** went above and beyond. She is an amazing asset for you Burger King. She listened, she read everything I sent her she took the time to understand the situation. I can’t say enough praise about her. I ordered food from Burger King no. 53 they refuse to return my money and the banking information shows they received payment of ***** on May 5 2022. First they told me to call door dash then they said call corporate Burger King None of them see the transaction. They also refuse to give me my order. They offered me a sandwich for my trouble, I paid for two and delivery.
