    My complaint is in regards to their lack of empathy or flexibility in their cancellation policy. Be aware - if you do not plan for your child to be sick 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a whopping $125 for cancelling your appointment. There is no one-time grace or flexibility in this. My infant was up all night and had developed a 102 fever. I could no longer have our sitter care for her due to her illness and had to cancel my appointment. They charged me a “late cancellation fee” of $125 since it was 3 hours prior to my appointment time. I understand there are policies in place, however there should also be exceptions for situations like this. Life happens and it shouldn’t cost you 3x what you would have paid for a visit. I would have been better off joining the meeting with a screaming infant, unable to accomplish any therapy at all, than to have cancelled. Just a warning to others that may find themselves in this situation. I am respectfully asking for a refund of the $125 I was charged.

    1st off they didn’t bill my 2nd dairy insurance when I gave it to them before I even started. When I found out I was getting billed I called in told them about my secondary insurance again for the second time they started to build a secondary insurance, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have been in touch with them about the situation for about 3 to 4 months now they keep telling me they sent me a text, but I have yet to receive it in the mail.. When asked for an update about the refund, they keep telling me that they have talk to the manager but they can’t give me one..

We work hard to have a seamless billing process and encourage all individuals to read our policies & procedures related to billing. According to our records, we have had open communication between our billing team, manager, and individual completing the review, and in accordance, insurance was billed appropriately and all applicable refunds have been issued / cashed by the customer.
