Before I bought my house I got a septic inspection from this company and little did I know they weren’t an inspection company. My realtor referred this company to do this work for me. ***** ******* the owner of the company came out and told me if I get this one piped replaced then it would likely be working for the next 5-10 years with no problems. I agreed and got it done and bought the property because it was fixed to my knowledge, this was May 2022, in July of 2022 I had problems but thought they were plumbing problems but plumbers said it was a septic problem, so I contacted this company again and they blew me off. I had to reach out myself in January with the help of my realtor. Finally getting a response he came out and scoped it for free, he said that another pipe needed augured out. And that he could do it but it would cost me $2000 and cause structural damage to my property. So I found another company to do it for $1000 with no damage to my property. They also scoped it to make sure that was the problem, after trying this idea, it didn’t work because there is another unknown septic problem that for whatever reason this company has failed to diagnose both times. I bought my house on the idea that my septic would likely be ok for the next 5-10 years and here I am not being able to use the bathroom at all really in my first year of buying my property. He not only misdiagnosed me twice, he has lied to me and he has blew me off multiple times. I’m fed up and I’ve spent $2000 on “repairs” to finally **** in my house, but still can’t, and that’s all I’ve done after his “inspection” prior to me buying this house and having him replace the pipe to the leach field.
