            A received a gift certificate purchased in December 2021. The website states the business is open but online booking is not up and the site states to call the 740.777.2579 number to book. I have called at least 6 times and now the voicemail is full. I have not received a call back. I emailed the address from which the certificate came and received no response. There is a way to send an email from the site, which I did and have received no response. I found an additional number on the site 614-264-1272 (both number reach a Jim S********. I called that and left 2 voicemails. Mr. S******* actually 'butt dialed' me. I was so excited to answer the call but it was, sadly, a butt dial and he didn't respond to my hellos. I called back immediately and got his voicemail. I just want to schedule my adventure so that I can make hotel reservations but can't get a response. BTW- these phone calls have been spread out over two months. Even a call back that says when they will be scheduling online would be appreciated.
