Sinn Fien has not finished their project with us and has repeatedly asked for more money and has messed up what little they have done.

Found that this guy has operated under another business and was taken to court for grand theft.

Have asked for our money back repeatedly to no avail.

We believe this guy makes a living out of misleading people, taking their money with no intentions of finishing any jobs.

He belongs behind bars so he doesn't do this to someone else.

We started a project for this customer and as we began excavation and preparation for concrete. *** and ********* were all on board with having the concrete done. Once we had everything ready to pour concrete.  The exact day before we were coming in and had concrete trucks ready to pour. I, Scott ********* informed *** ******* we would be starting to pour. *** put a stop to the work as he began telling me he wanted now to put a footer around the edge of concrete.  Just as we suggested along with getting permits. *** and ********* did not do anything with permits.  They also did not want to do footers in the beginning as it was too much. We had to completely rearranged our schedule as well as completely stop all concrete trucks and equipment.  I was very patient and understanding as to his new request for footers and rebar now being added to his concrete. I spoke with *** and told him about our issue with getting that much more work done and told him we needed to get a driveway down to the pad we already had Done. He said in exact words can you not make it straight. ********* doesn't want a straight driveway going back to the pad.  I said we will have to make it straight because of how it was coming off of a huge slope of the yard.  *** ******* agreed to what my concerns were and said it makes sense to keep it straight so he could back up his camper.  We completely stopped other jobs people were waiting on and gave *** and ********* first priority to all the new changes they were requesting.  We put in over a 200' x12' driveway at $7.00 sq ft.  This would cost them $16,800 extra not including tearing up our concrete pad we already had ready to pour.  We then had to bring in additional equipment to dig around perimeter of building.  Once again starting over.  I was more than patient and more than understanding and doing everything we could to be good to them.  As I was digging footers the neighbors right next door to the *******s came over to me with her two kids and explained to me to watch out for these people because of past experiences.  Told me they always are reduing things and pointed at their retaining wall around their pond and said it has been rebuilt twice because they can't make up their minds and it was leaning as well.  I then took note as to what the neighbors said and she then said her husband does concrete and said I was probably mad because I had to redo everything we already had done and ready.  I said no big deal  and smiled.  I was then aware before we started even bringing concrete in I needed to talk with them about the cost of the new changes.  Once I did *** was upset, I then reached out and told them I would like to meet with them.  Once I met with them at their house and at the bottom of the new driveway we put in.  I explained everything to *** and *********.  ********* was upset and told *** and I both we should have talked it over with her first.  I agreed and I told her it shouldn't be my fault because her husband made a decision and please don't be mad at me for what he wanted done.  Then we agreed again to come in at a whole different price and it would cost more because of all the extra gravel and work.  They didn't like the price and I told them to look at their neighbors cameras directly across the street and they can see for themselves how much more work we did since they told me they got along with them.  Once again we finally agreed to come in there and do the concrete they said we have a check ready for you and I could pick it up.  I explained to them don't worry about it until we have concrete coming.  I did this because as I found out from another source they will do this and try to get way more out of you.  Since I told them to hold off wait until we have concrete lined up they said ok.  We had everyone and equally as well as concrete ready to go.  They again said we couldn't do it then because they were going on vacation.  I said enjoy your vacation we will be able to still get it done.  They said that wanted to be there and also explained to me they just lost their cat and ********* was upset. I then told them this seems to be a trust issue with me and them. *** kept making excuses and I finally told *** ******* I do not trust him or his wife and numbers do not lie people do.  I did not hear from him for a few days and then he told me we were fired from the job.  I talked with an attorney after we picked up our belongings from them as to plastic and rebar along with our concrete stakes and 2x4s.  It would probably cost me more since they strung me out over being able to put a lean on their property so I came to terms with taking a terrible loss and a nightmare of getting back on track with our customers over this project.  I have no ill will or anger towards them I will just make sure in the future to have everything in writing when someone says to me no worries we want to have all this extra stuff done.  Still to this day they still want to disregard what the law says and still not have permits nor do they want to accept what they have done to our company.  They have harassed me with false lies about a grand theft as well as calling dayton barns and telling them how terrible I was to get a discount from them.  To their surprise we run a company with integrity and if there's a problem we take care of it.  If the harassment continues I will then have no choice to hire an attorney and have this issue handled by the courts.  I am still being loving towards these people and don't go around spreading false rumors.  Just because we didn't get our way. Thank you and God bless.
