      We paid slightly higher than $7500 to have 2 doors installed to eliminate the drafts from our old doors back in April of 2022. Within a couple of months the door sweep weather strip starting falling apart on our front door. The metal casings around the kickboards are completely dented in with the seals lifted away and isn't protecting the wood underneath on both doors. One of the locks is so tight it has bent 2 keys when trying to unlock it and you cannot lock it from outside. I can still feel the drafts coming through the large gaps under, above and all around the frame it where it meets the wall. Thankfully, it has an enclosed porch. The frame was never secured to the wall or sealed. On the back door the storm door does not completely seat against the frame. When my wife called to get some of these things addressed and repaired, no one was in any kind of hurry to respond to her or even look at it. When Rick finally did come out to access the complaints several weeks later, he was here maybe 10 minutes, he removed the door sweep weather strip but did not replace it saying he brought the wrong one he would be back but didnt come back. He did nothing about the dented up metal casings nor did he mention fixing them in anyway, infact, he very rudely did an overexaggerated demonstration for my wife as to how to properly walk through a door, "stepping over the frame, not on it". This company does not stand behind their work or product. They have done nothing to correct any of this. I am including pictures of the gaps above, under and around the frame, the ripped up rubber under the main door what was left after Rick removed the strip, the stormdoor not closing properly, the dented up metal casings on both doors, and the lock that keeps bending keys. These doors were installed in April, we paid cash, did not finance them and I am not satisfied with the way they have handled this situation. They have done nothing to correct any of it.

        We installed these doors on 2/9/22. We have a signed completion form, that was signed by *** *******, that all work was completed to the customer's satisfaction. We were contacted, on 10/12/22, that the weather 

          stripping on the front entry door was coming off and that capping on bottom of both doors was coming off. We set an appointment for 10/20/22.  I brought a new door sweep with me to replace at that time but

           unfortunately it was the wrong style.  I removed the loose piece of rubber and told **** ******* that I would order a new one and replace it as soon as we received the new one. I also looked at the smashed capping

           at bottom of both doors.  This was not installed or left this way on original install and was explained to **** ******* that this material is designed to cover the wood that we put under the threshold to support the new

          door. It is not designed to be kicked and stepped on. I also said, as a courtesy, that we would come back and replace it along with the new door sweep. We received the new door sweep on 11/8/22.  We have been

         trying to contact her to set this up since 11/15/22.   We have called **** ******* on 11/15, 11/18, 11/22 and left messages but she will not return the calls. In that time period, we also see that she has left a review on

         the BBB website that we are not taking care of this.  And now, *** ******* has filed this complaint.  I called on 12/22/22 and *** ******* answered and said that he would call me back in an hour and didn't call.

         I called back later that day and voice mail was full.  I sent a text and told him to call me and got no response. I called Mr. and **** ******* on 12/27/22 and left message on **** ******** voicemail and no call back.

        We take great pride in our company and  I don't feel that this is fair to us.   We try very hard to keep all our customers happy and do so everyday.
