I took my car to Joseph airport Hyundai to get an oil change on October 27,2020 they told me that my oil plug was stripped but they did do the oil change & that the plug went in but it would not tighten all the way & that I should take it to ******** ********* because they had the tools for my car to fix it. Later on I asked my dad if I had to buy a plug or a whole oil pan so he said he would go up there & see what was going on. He talked to the man that worked on my car & he told him that if I took it to ******* the car warranty they gave me (CNA) would pay for it. I took it to ******** on there next available appt on 11/11/20 they told me that my plug was stripped & I also needed a new oil pan & it was leaking around it & that they called the warranty company & they explained that they will not cover it because it was Hyundai that did the oil change & it was caused do to poor workmanship & ******* ********* also agreed & stated it rarely ever happens then they told me it would be 4 hundred & some odd dollars to fix it. We went back to Hyundai explained what was told by ******* & CNA & they still said it wasn't there fault & they wouldn't pay for it. I have always went to Joseph airport Hyundai for my oil change every since I got my car from them.Business response
