12/29/23 had reservations I found out day of I had COVID my son had COVID we informed hotel they accepted our cancellation.but charged my card 3 weeks after date plus another 67 dollars pending for what I don't know..Initial Complaint

Summary: Weeks after I left the hotel they charged my credit card for $724.50 and could not explain why.I stayed at the hotel for my niece's wedding in July. The hotel room was paid for by my sister through hotels.com. Proof of payment was provided to my for the hotel has been provided to the hotel by my sister ***************************. I provided my credit card for incidentals only. When I left the hotel I paid for the incidentals and was provided a receipt. Several weeks later on August 18th, my credit card was charged for $724.50 with no explanation. When I called to dispute the charge on August 22, 2022, the customer service representative hung up on me several times and refused to remove this charge from my acccount. *********************- Manager ***** - Refusing to give me your last name. ******** was going back and forth which resulted in me getting hung up on eight times in a message.Business response

The hotel spoke with this guest, and as of Tuesday 8/23/22 this issue has been resolved.
