When someone calls to place an order you NEVER hang up on them when ordering parts. I placed my order with the information given i wasn't told they offered more than 1 kit i asked for ** *** rear disc brake kit & ordered the # given had she not hung up on me this problem would NOT have happened... these people need to place their 1 star reviews on their site had i seen them before ordering id went else whereCustomer response

Good morning,
I received a phone call this morning and spoke to a representative from Better Business Bureau stating we had a formal complaint.
Upon reviewing the complaint in the below link this is not from our company. The gentleman stated he purchased a brake kit, but we do not make this type of item. More importantly we do not sell our product to individual consumers. We are a tier 2 supplier to automotive industry.
Fischer Stainless Steel Tubing USA produces Tubing only. We do not produce any other item. Also the address embedded in this complaint is **** **** Access road. In the first screen shot the address is in Wadsworth, Ohio.

Brian Moore called our sales team asking questions about which parts to order for his truck. Our sales team gave him the part numbers and he then placed the order himself online. After receiving the parts, the customer claims that some of them do not fit his application. This happens quite a bit in our industry because people modify their vehicles in different ways. In normal circumstances, our team can get this figured out for the customer and get them lines that fit their application or, at the least, point them in the right direction. Brian, however, was very combative with the sales team; cursing and threatening them. While I do expect my team to be courteous to all of our customer, I do not expect them to continue to be subjected to the type of harassment that Brian seems to think is acceptable human behavior.
Today, after receiving this complaint, one of our Vice Presidents with extensive knowledge on Brian's vehicle reached out to him to solve the complaint. Brian was instantly combative on the phone, going as far as telling the Vice president that we would come down to the shop to stomp everyone's face in. We will no longer be dealing with this customer. In fact, I have instructed my team not to answer the phone if he calls or respond to any of his other messages. We are also filing a complaint with the Quitman Police Department for harassment and a direct threat.
Just a side note, the customer did receive his money back via a paypal dispute and never did return the product. He is a thief with a very bad attitude and seems to be quite unstable. I hope he finds something in life that can help him deal with whatever it is that has got him so angry.
