      We began working with Grizzly Buildings LLC from October, 2021. The representatives communicated frequently (weekly) and provided an acceptable proposal. We entered into a contract with Grizzly Buildings LLC on January 6th, 2022 and provided a 50% deposit at the time of signing to construct a 56x48x18 post frame building on our existing lot. At the time of the sizing the sales/field manager, A.G. and our Sales representative, S.M. indicated the expected construction timing would be March, 2022. Also, the expectation of expediting the contract/deposit as lumber prizes were expected to be increasing and Grizzly Buildings LLC would get material ordered right away. As the owner we have proceeded to clear the lot, obtained permits and contracted electrical service install in preparation. From the date of the signing, Grizzly Buildings LLC failed continue communication. We received no emails, calls or site visits from the LLC. As owners we contacted our sales representative, S.M. the builder B.V. and the Owner J.W. on multiple occasions with no return response. No emails were returned, phone messages were not answered; it was a complete stop of all communication and no work has been done and I expect no material was ever ordered . We are requesting a return on our deposit and termination of our contract.

      Arranged company representative to come out Mar 16 2022 to go over build details, sign paperwork and set build expectations. Signed a check for deposit of 28k. Business estimated 12-14 weeks before build would start. Now at over 5 months since signing contract and giving deposit. Business owner and all associates have yet to update me or my wife with anything at all and we would like some resolution before taking legal action for breech of contract.

      ***** ******* and I purchased a home on April 20, 2022 that already had a contract started with ***** *****. The materials were delivered to the property in January and have been sitting there ever since. The wrong color materials (siding, soffit, roof) were on site and ***** agreed to switch the colors out. In order for the previous owners to receive a refund on their deposit, we had to pay a deposit of $30,244. We wrote a check to Grizzly Buildings and we’re told as soon as the permit was completed they would immediately start. The permit was issued and ***** was contacted. He stated that $8,248.51 more had to be paid to start labor that week. The check was given to him 6/6/22 and cashed. Labor never started. On Tuesday, 7/5/22, a guy named ****** came and let us know he was starting the barn and that ***** contracted with him. We had zero knowledge of that. Then ****** states that we do not even have the correct materials at the house to start and that many are weathered and should not be used. ***** is completely unresponsive and now ****** does not respond either. We do not have the colors switched and have now contacted another builder to finish the mess that was left. In order to finish the barn, the quote is $21K and it’s around an additional $10k to get the correct color of materials. We are looking at another $31k out of our pockets when we’ve already paid close to $40k. We want a resolution and do not want him scamming other people out of money. Not asking for the full amount back- we want the last $8k paid for labor returned as well as the $10k for the correct color that was promised. ***** will not respond and we are disgusted at his business tactics. Something has to be done- there are several people in this same situation. Hoping BBB can help with a resolution and avoid litigation. We have text message and phone log documentation as well.

      I signed a contract with this company on November of 2021 to have a post frame building (24X36X12) constructed. I paid them $11, 342.81 with a cashiers check. I was told the time frame for completion was 8-10 weeks. to this day I have never heard from anyone. On 4/19/22 I reached out to one of the two employees that I dealt with back in November. I was given 3 phone numbers of other people to contact, therefore I contacted one of the other numbers that same day - this one still hasn't responded. I waited until 4/26/22 and reached out to Kyle, one of the other 3 contacts I was given on 4/19, he responded and said that the two men I dealt with in my process are no longer with the company and that he would reach out to the owner - Jerry and get me an update, on 5/3 I contacted Kyle again and haven't heard anything. so I was given Jerry's number, I called, left a voicemail and I texted him on 5/5/22, no response. on 5/9/22 I had my dad try and call from his phone number, still no response.

      Transaction- 11 Dec 2021 Amount to Business- 13,185.04 Committed to provide a pole barn Nature of dispute is after several quotes that were very different in numbers, we I finally agreed to a pole barn and made the deposit of 13,185.04. After two months I did not hear anything on progress of the barn or materials and the longer I thought about the money situation and differences in quotes I had questions on why the quotes were so different in price. February 24, 2021, I contacted Shawn at Grizzly Buildings and after a few days of no answers I requested to speak with the owner Jerry. I texted Jerry on Friday March 11th, after the weekend with no response I called March 14th and left voice mail. Days pass and no call back. I called again voice mail box was full. I reached out to the salesman Anthony on March 31st and talked with Anthony, and he stated he would talk to Jerry and get an answer. No answer so I reached out to Anthony again on April 6th and provided a run around. At this point I just want my deposit back with no answers, the owner not holding up to talk to me to explain the differences in price, I refuse to give this company any more of my money and request my deposit back. No, the company has not tried to resolve the problem Order# *********

      Signed a contract for a 40x60x18 pole building on 9-30-2021 and paid over $35,000 down payment for said building. Was told in person by the owner Jerry that they were only 6 weeks from starting construction and that construction would be complete within 7 days "weather allowing". It is now 6 months later and still no actual start date or pre site work/survey has ever been scheduled. Noone will return any phone calls and i only get a response from Tony "project manager" if I text his phone repeatedly. This is only to give me a different excuse to why nothing has happened so far (I have all texts and emails saved on my phone) I was desperately needing this done when it was promised by Jerry and now 4 months past when it was to be completed my life and progress around the farm are stuck at a stand still. I just want my barn built or my money back so I can move forward.

      We contracted with company in September 2021. Paid 28,000 deposit for our project. Company is terrible with communication and we never saw our material until end of January. They finally started to build, we paid second installment when frame was built and third installment when roof was on. The final payment is due upon completion which hasn’t happened. The concrete has not been done and there are structural issues with barn that need corrected. We have not heard from company in 3 weeks. Last contact was March 7th they said concrete guys would be out to finish that next week. Have not seen or heard from anyone. We have called, email, texted the owner, the operations manager, the project manager and the salesman every day. We have records. They have not returned any communication. I posted a negative review on their ******** page and they have blocked me now. We want our barn finished and completed correctly per the contract. We have honored our part of the contract they need to honor theirs

      We have not spoken to them in 6 weeks   We have documentation of emails texts and phone calls to their owner, project manager, operations manager and salesman every single day   Yes we owe final payment that is due upon completion per contract.  We will be happy to pay it but the concrete is not done  it isn’t even started   The weather is no excuse for zero communication

      I have been in contact with them. I spoke to them yesterday. It is being taken care of and I was just waiting for the weather to clear up.
