Walked in the door, several employees walked right by me without any greeting what so ever. I suppose I wasn't dressed like I had money to spend. After several minutes of making direct eye contact with at least 6 employees and still NO "hello or someone will be right with you" I deliberately walked into one of the offices and stood there until someone finally said "sorry but you can't be in here" I chuckled and said "oh now you see me, after 15 minutes, just wanted to make sure, now I will take my business to Delphos Ohio where they don't mind selling a vehicle to a working man"Braden Ford Response

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FORD DEALERSHIP!! They will rip you off like they did me AND my warranty company. I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox back on June 11th 2021 with Wapak Ford agreeing to fix whatever was causing the check engine light to be on. They finally was able to get my vehicle in at the end of June beginning of July 2021. WAPAK FORD HAD IT 'fixing' it until March 2022. Within those 8 and a half months they called me 4 times and said it was fixed. Each time NOT actually being fixed. I would start it up and the light would come right back on. So I would leave it there yet again for them to fix.. This happened, like I said, 4 times. The fifth time I got fed up and took it to **** ********* in St. Mary's where they fixed it within a week and I've drove it almost 1000 miles with no check engine light on?? Now Wapak Ford tore my whole motor apart charging MY warranty for the parts when that should have come out of their pockets not my warranty. Because WAPAK FORD agreed to fix the issue themselves if I bought the vehicle. So they fraud my warranty company. I did get a lawyer. I tried to settle out of court for $6000 but Mike ******* continued to deny payment and said they wasn't paying for someone else to fix it. That Wapak Ford WOULD of fixed it. I have all the papers, video recordings and all the proof! THEY ARE LIARS AND JUST PURELY SCAMMING PEOPLE AND frauding THE WARRANTY COMPANIES. I Don't EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR. If you read, several other people have had the same issues. THEY NEED shut down until proper business personnel can take over and run it legitimately!!Review from Keith K

DO Not shop here! Stopped and looked at a truck & took a picture of the window sticker which MSRP was $61,515. I called and talked to the salesman and told him I would be down the next day and asked him about a price difference on the truck online and he said MSRP was correct, I took a day off of work drove 2 hours each way and after we test drove the truck we filled out paperwork and then waited over 2 hours. Once he came back after running my credit THEN he showed me the truck was $75,515. They also refused to take off the Z-plan. I should note that a lady was in there raising cane about them running her credit and never told her what the cost of the vehicle she was looking at. My brother-in-law has also contacted Dearborn about this dealership. DO NOT shop here!Braden Ford Response

I purchased a used vehicle 2 weeks ago today from Wapak Ford. The vehicle is used and we were aware of the conditions when we bought it, I do not have complaints about the vehicle. There have been multiple issues. 1. The car fax presented on the web page with the vehicle is modified. There was missing information from the one the dealer shares. I purchased my own car fax for $40 and was able to see they had eliminated details of items being replaced. 2. During the sit down finance process, we were told the vehicle came with 60K factory warranty, we questioned that because it's diesel, thought it was 100K. Was told no, its 60K, so upon that information we purchased an extended warranty. after we left and researched, we found it is covered to 100K and we did not need the ext warranty, called the dealership, left messages and was not getting return calls. 4 days later called again and got through, finance person said she based the information off the car fax page. Requested a refund on the ext warranty, was told they had to ask management. No calls back, took days to find out they would issue refund to finance company- Have not seen it happen as of yet. 3. When we left with the vehicle we had our own plate, but was not told the vehicle was not going to be registered by them (I have never had a dealer not send in the registration info- not sure if this is new or what) Emailed asking about registration, no response. Called and left messages every day for a week- no response, called salesman and he said try calling again, called again, no one would take my call or respond. Called again (this is 2 weeks after purchase) finance person would not take my calls, manager would not take my calls, finally spoke to someone who stated they do not register it and I had to take the title to get registered. I finally received the title in the mail and now have 7 days to get it registered in my name. Would not recommend buying from Wapak Ford.Braden Ford Response

We apologize for your experience, and that you were not told upfront that dealerships do not obtain plates for purchased vehicles. If we can help you with anything in the future, please let us know.
Thank you

Do not go here. Went to buy a car and once they realized I was paying cash they added $2500 to the price of the car stating that they get a kickback from the banks. If they post a price on the internet that is the max that should be paid for the car.Review from Hunter P

Went to wapak ford to look at a truck that was listed for 9998 on a Saturday. Was told after a test drive that issues had to be addressed on Monday. Well I texted the salesperson on the following Monday morning. At that point I was told they were adding 2000 dollars because of how I was paying. Then also wanted to charge me for other optional add-ons that are not needed or wanted I suggest staying far from this dealership and their services.Review from James B.

Bought a truck here. The check engine light was on they agreed to fix it. They have had the truck 7 weeks off and on since July and still not fixed. I have even done the research on the codes and gave them the information I have found. But for some reason the don't want to listen. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Would never buy from or take a vehicle for service to this dealership again.
