I dropped my car off October 9th for passenger side damage from a hit and run Picked my car up from them on October 23rd. I noticed a new dent in my driver side door, my passenger side window is now scratched, along with a new scratch above where the damages were. Multiple dirt marks and hairs painted into my passenger side. October 24th I call kings collision, **** tells me to come up at 2:30 I arrive at 2:30 and I point out the dent he is speechless, I point out the scratch on my passenger side and he all he is saying is they didnt do it, i went to speak and **** yelled in my face and told me to shut the f*** up, then he proceeded to raise and ball his hand up like he was going to hit me. Then he told me cops are on the way and to gtfo here. October 25th- spoke to my insurance and they tell me to go back up to kings collision because they spoke With **** and **** said he will take care of it. I get up there and get told there tired of me because I talked s*** online and then got asked to leaveBusiness response

When ******* came into shop he had to wait for a short time, I was on phone and he came back in and was not polite to the girls. I went out and viewed the vehicle, tried to have conversation with *******. When I tried to speak he started to talk numerous times then he elevated his voice then started to curse. That is when I put my hand up with finger out telling him to leave and that is when other people that he brought got out of a second car and started on me. I told them all to leave. The second time he came back he started on me I told him to leave. The insurance adjuster did go view the car, advised repairs looked good and scratches on the window were from a worn out molding rubbing the glass. ****** is not welcome on property again and I found out he is not the owner of the vehicle.
