On my first day of work, while on break used their vending machine located inside of ****** May in ************. After purchasing a $1 bag of cheddar ruffles their machine took the remaining monies out of my account. I called to make my complaint. I then go to a separate vending machine for drinks and the same thing happened except I never received any product so i I called to report the situation again and was told their is nothing they could do about it, it's the credit card company again (who they are partnered with) that handles that and it's not owned by Avi. I preceded to tell them in a rude manner that their name and number is on the machine for issues so they are just as responsible. They continue on and I let them know, I will be sending them a demand letter and at that point they inform me well it's a process that *** take 72 hrs to receive my funds back or they can send a driver out next day to leave my money with someone there if I'm working. I decline, why do y'all think its ok to leave someone else my money and not have the common decency to give my money directly to me? Why in the h*** did it happen? Why do I have to wait 3 days? Y'all sound stupid as h*** They then called my job to report what I said to them about taking my money and I was sent home early due to that, called their corporate office to report what happened and they preceded to tell me my actions got me sent home not them although the incident had nothing to do with my work. (Which by law is deemed as retaliation) anytime you make a complaint and punished immediately after a complaint is filed is retaliatory. Use Avi food systems *** vending machines at your own risk

As far as vending goes this company doesn't hold up. The area I work in has the same complaints week after week. We have to go to lengths beyond the number on the machine to get them addressed and then it's just enough to pacify.

Very bad service at the Honda Anna engine plant, food is left under heat lamps for HOURS at a time, the food was so discusting, I had to spit it out right after biting into it. These business practices are for shame!!
