I have ***** as an attorney.She has pretty much yanked my case.She had 2 years to file and didnt do it until after the limit.She is to 33 1/3 of what I get she has done nothing her office does nothing I have done 95% of everything from my case and still they want you to do there job.They change court dates they lie to you.My case is a car wreck I have a letter of her stating her malpractice in my case she told me and the mediator and the other sides attorney that she was already out such amount of money.When I called her out and ask when I was getting that money from her committing the malpractice.she said until I go to court she doesnt have to pay.I had a choice to terminate her and let someone else handle my case.Still during this she told me her malpractice insurance would cut me a check fo $****** on her malpractice she has been saying this for over six months months then when I decide to let her go ahead and handle the case she totally screwed me no check as she said I would get in the mediation between us and the uninsured on my insurance she told them she was already out ****** that she would have to pay so her is an attorney admitting she is to pay me this much not only telling me but her so. Was also there who is also an attorney the others side attorney and the mediator I would not recommend her to anyone unless you want to get screwed and do all you own work o this as I have and many others that I know
