      I had ******, owner of Ground One Restorations install a new bathroom for us. Work started on October 4 and was completed October 5, 2021. We were told not to run the water in the new shower for at least 24 hours to allow the grout to completely dry and ******. We noticed a few days later that the sink was dripping under the cabinet. We notified *** who said he would repair it. We tried to use the shower and was unable to turn the water on. When we did finally get it to turn on, the single handle rotates in a 360 degree turn and we cannot regulate the water. He then sent us a nasty text message but assured us he would be here no later than Tuesday October 19 to repair both. He did not show up (not the first time we waited for return calls/message/ visit to the home) nor did he call to cancel. We have a NON-WORKING bathroom and want the plumbing completed. He assured us he could do it at the time of hire.

      Customers sink wasn't leaking when we left. Ran water 6 times before leaving everything was fine. Texted me saying sink was leaking and shower didn't work. Her shower handle was hard to pull to begin with I told her it didn't get any easier she pulled it harder apologized and said it worked. I told her I'd have to let her know when I could get out there because I've been working in ********** I explained to her and she said she understood. One day goes by and her husband wants to text me threatening me and my business from his wife's phone. But now wants to say I texted him nasty. No I said do not threaten me because I'm not gonna be in a hostile environment where I'm threatened. I was already in ********* working doing a job for a realtor. I'm being asked to pay for a plumber over something that needs a $5 dollar tube of silicone around then ring on top where the rubber seal didn't seal all the way. It happens all the time. So I'm gonna be scammed out of money for a plumber from someone who wanted me to come fix it fine. But then I'm threatened and now my business is being bashed on BBB and *******

      There is no offer of resolution. The sink leaks and the shower handle is not installed properly- it turns on but you can not regulate the water as it turns in 360degrees. We were never told he was working in ********* only that he had one job fixing some lighting and he would return to fix his mistakes. We are STILL  waiting. It has been almost 3 weeks since installation and the bathroom is unusable. We would like reimbursed for a licensed plumber to repair his mistakes.
