i had hired them to do my roof and have warranty on it and when i called to have them come look at it owner started yelling at me then hung up this went on for a month and half i called back at least once a week and all they do is yell at customer! i asked why are u yelling at me then he said i dont know what to tell you dont have time for it again screaming on the top of there lungs wont let me talk very very rude they dont explain anything first its poor installation then its a ice problem i had ice guard put on they installed my roof so my opinion is they wont say they missed up so they say anything so dont have to fix it! they even call me back owner is very rude I have a warranty on my roof workmanship as well. Ive been doing my research and reading reviews on this guy and theres a lot of people that arent happy with him he gets you just sign a contract tells you oh, if you have any problems just call me then when you do, he blames everything, but what he did I didnt do that its ice Danm its poor insulation so I had the same problem when I hired him up front of my house talk to us that we were should not have a problem and if we do just call and I will take care of it because we have a warranty and workmanship just keep the paper now I have a problem and all they wanna do is yell at me and hang up in my opinion he thinks he can get away with this because his wife is a judge now and she was a lawyer stay away from this company because Ive had my roof for nine years now I have the same problem and he will not fix it. He blames everything, besides himself, its my fault little he knows icicle still hanging from there. I have the ice guard on my house. He is the one that did it cant even call me explain things to me or come out to the house and say look its not covered under warranty but this is what we can do to try to help you if this is what its gonna cost. The customer had a siding contractor install siding at her home. During the installation, the siding contractor noticed wood at the edge of her roof that had water damage. The customer then called ******** response to her call, a ******* from ***** went to the customer's home, met with the siding contractor and inspected the roof. There were no leaks. It appeared that the customer had an ice dam that built up in her gutter that backed up under the roof at that edge. This was discussed between the ******* and the siding contractor who agreed with that assessment.The owner of ***** then spoke with the customer. He explained the situation to her and the measures she could take to prevent future ice dams from forming in her gutters. At no time did any representative of ***** yell and scream at the customer.The customer maintains that an ice dam is covered under a roof warranty. It is not. ***** installed the roof with good workmanship. The shingles are warranted. The roof is not leaking. Ice dam formation is not a roof warranty issue.

Took several days to complete the job. Usually 2 to 4 roofers at the site. You could tell they were experienced roofers. They took their time and did the job right. Part of the house has a flat roof which has been a constant headache. My old roof was only 13 years old but had several leaks. That roof along with a new chimney was done in one day. Seemed like that other company was constantly rushing to get the job done. D and K wasn't the lowest bid I received but you get what you pay for. D and K did a great job. Attic is dry and no leaks with the flat roof. I would recommend them to anybody.
