**100% NOT AMISH BUILT**Purchased a 10 x 12 gazebo from ******* on the marketplace.Was told a 2 to 3 week delivery time Took 4 weeks. Was told delivery would be from 3 to 6Pm. After trying to reach ******* and the owner multiple times and never receiving anything back, we finally got a call from the driver telling us it would be there at 9 PM!Told us the owner should have called us and let us know but he didnt.****** finally delivered Wrong roof color Missing the gate Nails sticking out everywhere Board cut uneven But falsely advertised as ***** built.Tried calling ******* and the owner again and still have never heard anything back from the shady company, but they had no problem. Delivered wrong shed due to *******'s mistake. One of the guys came back out to install the windows in the shed they delivered, as the one i purchased on the lot had windows, and of course they were black and not white trim like the shed was. They said the would bring some paint along with the ramp promised to me that had been placed in the shed by myself and ******* the day of purchase. After several calls and texts there is still no ramp and no one seems to know what happened or how I ended up with the wrong shed in the first place. The ramp is in the shed that I bought on the lot and had they delivered that shed, my ramp would be here. Furthermore, I would highly suggest training staff on how to properly fill out orders and fulfill orders so that this does not happen again. A simple problem turned into a complete aggravation.

We do not give free ramps to everyone we only offer that service for veterans and first responders as far as the windows go mistakes happen we're not perfect we forgot to add them and sent someone out to add them 3 days later

My sales person was ******************* who said the shed was brand new but didnt tell me how bad it was but together or about all the cracked wood all through out the shed including the cracked floor. ******************* Blocked me from the steel city ******** page which is where I contacted them for a shed after sending her multiple pics of the cracked wood and poor quality. There is multiple nails that didnt even go through to where they were supposed to be and the right side door does not shut all the way. I was given the office man and told him over the phone what had happened and what she did and also text him pictures. He told me the owner was in ****** & would get back to me. I never heard anything back so I contacted him through text 2 days in a row asking what was going to be done about the shed situation and if I could get a replacement. No reply both days. But they didnt fail to send me a printout to make a payment. I want a replacement of a well put together 8x10 shed like I was supposed to get from the start with a loft. I dont understand why its so hard to make it right. I have multiple pictures of the sheds issues made from who ever put it together. Most definitely not by *****

The customer purchased a prebuilt as is shed off the sales lot and that's what was delivered and it was a 8x12 not a 8x10 you are more than welcome to pay the difference for a new 8x12 lofted building and we can swap them out but that is not what you purchased you purchased a 8x12 utility off the lot as is 

My experience was absolutely fantastic! From ***** in sales, to ****** and **** on delivery. They were all very professional and prompt. Their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of the building is great! Thank you so much Steel City Sheds, 10 star customer service goes a very long way!

Beware of this company. I Purchased a gazebo and the quality of the build was absolutely horrible. There is absolutely NO way these building are Amish built. I could not believe how this gazebo was put together. Told me they were sending a guy out to repair the problems but he never showed up. These people are the biggest scammers out there. Wont return my calls or answer any text messages. I have pictures that I will be sharing with everyone and everybody. Nothing but broken promises with these people from the get go. Everything from major clumps of wood putty to fill in areas where they cut boards to short to spindles being spaced incorrectly and looking absolutely terrible. Every one of the deck board was cut to short and crooked. Tons of nails that missed boards when being nailed and are sticking out. Railing that is not even close to being square and not even. Just absolutely disgusted with this whole purchase from the start. You bought a gazebo for 2200 that was built and delivered in 3 days we offered to send out a service tech to cut the couple nails that were missed but that isn't good enough we have no association with timber creek and you know that your just saying that to try cause problems I'll have a attorney reach out if that isnt removed we've offered to send someone out to fix the issues but now that won't be happening have a good day!

I have pictures of the gazebo after delivery and also screenshots where I offered service the same day it was delivered not much more we can do for someone this customer was looking for a issue from day 1

Shady company told them no after reading reviews and wanted cash app for down payment that just has scam all over it then got buthurt when I said no n gave me an attitude and blocked me dont waste your time or money here just another scam

That is not true we offered to take a card we have 3 bad reviews and sold 500 sheds in the past 2 years you were offered a building set up a contract and then ghosted us 

HORRIBLE company do not use.All reviews previously made are spot on how this company is. **** who claims he is the owner is extremely unprofessional. I called to question the delivery process and was told completely different information then I was previously given and when questioned why I was told something different his answer was the guy I talked to was just trying to make a sale I asked to have this cancelled (shes was not even build yet) I was told he would *** me and ended the call with have a good day a******. Disgusting and deserved a negative

You purchased a building that was 14 ft wide and didn't have the space to fit it in your driveway you were told several times you had to have the space for the building we tried to deliver your building twice and you just bought 3 weeks ago we did everything on our end you were buying rent to own we can't build it onsite and for some reason you just couldn't understand that we did our best to deliver you a building but you didn't do your part and make sure you had the proper space beforehand

HORRIBLE COMANY, THEY HAVE RENTED ME A SHED , AND THE ONE SIDE WINDOW ****S , SO THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE **** AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET AHOLD OF THEM , AND IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND NOW IT ****S AGAIN, AND I EMAILED THEM AND THEY ARE NOW HARRASING ME AND SAYING I AM MAKIN IT **** , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

That is untrue the building was sold as is and we already fixed it for free once we can not keep fixing it it fot free when it's from neglect on your end
