My vehicle was transported from AZ to NYC (my home) and it had 31 more miles than when it was picked up from the mechanic shop in AZ. I have documentation with the mileage. I was looking for an explanation and compensation for the employee(s) joy riding my vehicle without permission and received no compensation. I emailed the business documentation, they agreed it was not explainable. The manager offered me $100 which I verbally accepted, however, he never used zelle (money transfer service) to partially refund me as promised. I texted him twice, once with my zelle information and another time asking if he had sent the money. He did not reply. I called multiple times and he did not call me back nor answer my calls. I emailed once more to let them know I would be filing a complaint and sharing my review of my experience.Customer response

The parent company is in Ohio and they have an office in Staten Island, NY. The contact information for them is the phone number and email listed on the receipt. 216-716-7766 [email protected] The manager is named Nick.I forgot to respond to your question about what my expected resolution would be. I expect at least a partial refund. For some context, driving a car that is similar to mine (actually a lower model) costs well over $1,000 a day. See the attachment. I would like to be fair and ask for a 50% refund; which equates to $750. Thank you for your help.Initial Complaint

In January 2022, I hired a auto transport company who used Raptor to move my truck from PA to TX, Price was in range of most companys, so we went with them. They take THEIR own photos of before and after, which are the ones I used in reference to my complaint. Photos before show a nice, clean, 2020 Ram 1500 truck. Their photos at dropoff, show about 30-40 BRAND NEW scratches on the hood, roof, and both front fenders. When calling the company about this, they claim 0 responsibility. Somehow, when using THEIR OWN PHOTOS TAKEN, they say we didnt do it. Its baffling that someone can say that, when using their own photos. This company should not be allowed to do this to customers. And now its on me to fix it, because what else can i do. This is an absolute disgrace.Initial Complaint

They transported our vehical from NJ to arizona, during the transport some one broke into our car and stole over 5,000 worth of items and they said they would get the insurance to replace all of our items. After many attempts to contact them, they have ignored our calls. I believe it was an inside job as they have camers on the property yet they would not release them to the police.
