Bill is a hands on owner who is customer service driven. From start to finish, he was involved in every step along the way. Top notch communication and explained everything. His work crew was punctual and worked hard. The work area was cleaner than when the started. Rhino Roofing and Siding will be my go to contractor from here on out.Review from Grant M

Billy and crew took care of everything when my roof took on storm damage & needed replaced; he even dealt with my insurance for me. Top notch service, and got the job done in a very timely manner. The crew was respectful of the property, and clean as can be, considering roofing is rather messy. Gave my 1928 house a "new" feel to it. Thanks y'all; job well done.Review from Ryan B

Billy was able to estimate, send over to my insurance and get a full approval for my house and detached 2 car garage in less than a week! Then his crew showed up a week later and knocked it all out in 1 day. The guys were very nice and respectful and they did an amazing job on the roof! Even the little details like the drip edge and the flashing around the chimney set it off! Very happy with my new roof all thanks to Rhino Roofing!Review from DESTENY T

Rhino showed up and did what they said they would. They did it well and they did it quickly. There were no surprises. The area was cleaned up perfectly and the technicians were polite. It's really difficult just to get someone to show up these days. Rhino went above and beyond and then checked in to make sure I was happy afterwards. Very happy we went with them!Review from Dawn T

Billy worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my roof and interior damage covered. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I was having. As many reviewers here say "if I could give 0 stars, I would", I guess this guys specialty is roofing, but I doubt Billy is up there putting down shingles. I paid him about 70% at the end of April to do a 4 day job on my deck and the wall behind it. He said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before he could start. That was fine, and he started 4 weeks to the day. 2 of his guys put in 4 hours the first day, then I didn't see them for another week. This went on for almost 8 weeks. Parts of my house, inside and out were trashed for the entire time. He would also get mad at me for being impatient. Finally, near the end of July, he told me he would be here at 7 am the following Monday and finish it up. He showed up at 11 am with one worker (who did most the work). They did sort of finish, but did a horrible job. Left without a proper cleaning (I'm still finding nails everywhere. And a lot of little things were unfinished. I didn't complain because at this point, I just wanted them gone. I hate leaving bad reviews and I take it very seriously. There is no way I'd recommend this company to anyone.
