Paid Mancini's to come up to clear out a drain clog. He charged $100 and arrived at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. He was there for 5 minutes and said he cleared out the clog. Dumped a bucket of water and debris in the basement shower and left. The clog was not cleared. I called him back to let him know. He stated he would come out but could not do so until Monday, October 11, 2021. He called me on Sunday, October 10, 2021 and stated he was thinking about the problem and told me what I needed to do to fix it. I told him I did not have the knowledge to handle the issue and had paid him to fix it. He said he would still come out to fix it then on Monday. He then called Monday around 1130 and said he had a vehicle problem. He never called me back and sends my calls to voicemail.Initial Complaint

**************** paid $175 for "added" connections etc over and above what was covered by warranty at our home ************************* on June 21, 2021 through cash app for installation of a water heater via First Home Warranty.After multiple communications claiming the unit was not yet received, it was determined on June 9, after talking directly to the home warranty supplier that the water heater replacement equipment was delivered to mancini on June 29 . I called mancini and said they must have missed the delivery and committed to installing at noon on Sunday, July 11, 2021 (since are a 24 hour business). We waited all day and they never showed. After reaching them after multiple attempts on Monday, July 12, Mancini claimed job was reassigned by the warranty company. I personally confirmed this was not true but after warranty co not being able to reach them for a couple days more, they did re-assign the job to someone else. We want $175 back as we have to pay someone else .
