We contacted MVR through “Angi” for an estimate on siding repairs. We did get the estimate in a timely, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. After that though, it seemed very high pressure. Our siding is not manufactured any longer and we needed an ITEL report to confirm that. Against our better judgement we gave them the information for our insurance adjuster so that they could send them a copy via email. We were told that they would need a sample to send for that and we asked them to get it from the damaged side of the house. They did not. They took it from a perfectly good, undamaged side of the house with no knowledge about whether it would be replaced at that point or not. They contacted our insurance adjuster and were out of line with them as well. What we specifically asked them not to do is what they did. We chose not to use their services.

I accidentally made a phone call to this roofing company thinking it was the same one that put my roof on 20 years ago. I left a message and when the call was returned the person calling me politely apologized and informed me of my error. He did tell me they were a roofing company, asked about my issue and told me they would be happy to come take a look. Best mistake I ever made. Ryan Willen of MVR&R came out, took a look, discussed the issue because it was wind damage. I made the claim with insurance and had nothing further to worry about. My new roof is beautiful, up to code, and painless for me. The workers were polite, professional, cleaned up as they went and actually worked hard through some rough weather.
