I hired united plumbing and electric on August 20th 2023 from Angie.com to perform a job to run overhead electric line from utility pole to house under ground. They have came out to dig trench and put in underground meter on backside of home. Then replaced service line from meter to panels but left the service panels open and did not finish putting back together making it dangerous them knowing I have small children. AES has dropped of line and Iv paid AES for the line. They had the trench and meter inspected to find out they put The wrong meter on the house for the job. Now United plumbing and electric is not completing the job. It is now November 10th Called numerous of times to being told they will be out the following day then they are a no show or call the past 2 weeks. they have left the trench open to big holes in my yard making it dangerous. United plumbing and electric has received $3300 as payment then now they have left and won’t complete job and have excuse after excuse.Customer response
